For this episode we invited the fresh RAW signee STEYA - originally from Antwerpen and since the past 5 years based in Berlin. She delivers the rough sound of Germany's capital, not coming short on groovy and detroitesque tracks. Her first release, which can be found on RAW's `Third Eye´ compilation, came out earlier this month and sets the foundation for many more releases to come in the next months and years. We are excited to be part of witnessing the path of this artist! Enjoy.

Nicko Shuo, a DJ and producer from St. Petersburg, started his musical journey experimenting with different styles of electronic music. However, as time passed, he became increasingly drawn to fast techno. After being captivated by the hypnotic and raw essence of this genre, Nicko fell in love with it. In order to develop his own unique sound, he meticulously analyzed a vast collection of releases and showcased his tracks on various labels.

At the age of 16 she started to lose her mind with the sound of electronic music, keeping her punk rock background.
In 2009 she started the connection with Berlin and her passion with the underground techno music.
She began to be booked as DJ in several events related to the world of fashion and art, starting to be known in the clubs of Milan and Northern Italy.
In October 2015 she made her first international gig at Ava Club in Berlin, and at MBA opening to Anna Bolena, Gaja and Mary Velo.
Later she started her strict connection with the family of Dude clubs playing alongside many international DJs such as Octo Octa, AnD, Tijana.T, Regis..IN Berlin About Blank for Syncretism record, a Psychomagic Story Remise Club for Diffuse Reality and STAUB...About://Blank ..Berlin

Yax is a techno DJ from Adelaide, Australia, drawing influence from artists such as DVS1, Jeff Mills, and Setaoc Mass. His style has continuously evolved throughout the years, but he maintains a focus on deep, groovy, hypnotic, and minimal techno, as he takes inspiration from the 90s and early 00s era, while still adding a modern twist to his sets. 

While maintaining a strong presence in the Adelaide scene as a promoter now through his ‘Paranoia’ nights at Sugar Night Club and his first outdoor rave in March 2024, Yax also curates a weekly podcast series called Yax Invites. The series began in 2021 to showcase underground talent from around the world and has now exceeded over 200 episodes. Be sure to check it out on his Soundcloud page.
