Back in '96 when my access to the internet was dialup and my version of "Cakewalk" was 3.0 a friend of mine (Eric Oneal) who lived in Toledo (about 150 miles away) using "ICQ" passed this composition back and forth until we completed the Idea.

A friend of mine (Larry Humphrey) heard it and convinced me to write and produce a Project for him,, This turned into the lead track
