Timeframes is a short but endearing EP by Lofty & jaackson. It gives us a slice of life type of experience following the footsteps of a young musician that has been passionate about music since the early ages. 
Each track is like a page in the story book of the protagonist's early life, from childhood through adolescence until young adulthood.
The EP gives a fresh breath of air to the lofi beat style with a jazzy soulful type of atmosphere. The producers successfully harnessed a very laid back vibe through the project to give a sense of relaxation.
While keeping the listener hooked with heartwarming compositions and subtle arrangements.

Lofty & jaackson - Timeframes EP

With this production influenced by upbeat lofi, Lofty & jaackson hoped to embody this feeling of being on the brink of a new discovery or a breakthrough, hence the name "dew point." The track prominently features jazz piano and bass grooves, with guitar drones and synthesizers shining overtop a driving beat. It's also the intro to their upcoming EP together in March 2023.

The EP will follow the coming of age of a young musician and the artworks are depicting the musician's bedrooms while growing up and becoming an adult. The first one (presented here) is the children's room. The time when he realized music was his main passion in life :)

Here's the second single from the upcoming EP by Lofty & jaackson!
New Again is a song that was created to innovate on something familiar.  Drawing equally from jazz, funk and hip hop, this lofi groove incorporates heavy syncopation, a melodic bassline, sprawling piano chords and lush synth pads.  New Again echoes many of  the artist's inspirations, including Parliament/Funkadelic, J Dilla and Robert Glasper.
The EP is following the coming of age of a young musician, this second track happens a few years later in the early life of our musician as he's now in his teenage years and a student of music!
