Márcio Vermelho’s creative force irradiates throughout nightlife in many forms by transforming each corner in a place to materialize itself: be it as a DJ whose sets are odes to the dancefloor, as a producer of tracks that are odysseys of sounds or as the creator of an artistic multiverse such as ODD, a collective that reconfigured the expressive reality of its hometown and made it the focal point of an eclectic and emboldened sound not only in Brasil, but across the continent.

It pulsates through initiatives that garnered him space in fronts as diverse as the Havana Biennale and University of São Paulo’s Paço das Artes, or even global sources of musical excellence, among them Sonar Kollektiv, The Magic Movement and Bastard Jazz. Also manifesting itself in the form of a myriad of projects, individual or collaborative, AV or conceptual, local or global ones, including the performatic Vermelho Wonder, the inebriating Video-Sistema, the sophisticated Sphynx, as well as his own curatorial platforms: the vigorous label In Their Feelings and the acclaimed ODD.

This energy also vibrates in many frequencies, covering a wide spectrum of possibilities that ranges from renowned venues such as Berghain, Salon Zu Wilden Renate and D-Edge, reaching the floors of hedonistic dens across the globe all the way through the colossal ones that festivals such as Dekmantel, DGTL and Contre-Temps manage to gather.

Alas, this kind of tonal range is what allows a talent as multifarious as his to be translated so precisely in the properties of the very colour that names it, warming up hearts, energizing bodies and illuminating horizons.

      Nascido e criado na vibrante metrópole de São Paulo e interessado por música e     vida noturna desde a adolescência, não demorou muito para que ''’Villaça'' se  interessasse em criar músicas e discotecar,frequentador de festas underground desde 2016, e tocando e criando música eletrônica desde 2017 , o projeto de ''Villaça'' busca o sentido comum entre as diversas e horizontais referências que moldam sua personalidade   artística.Facilmente você poderá ver o artista tocando músicas que vão desde as faces mais swingadas e delicadas da house music até  facetas mais densas do techno e do trance,seja com seu Live act ou com seu DJ set.
       Essa versatilidade e repertório se criou como uma real necessidade quando o artista ao descobrir o universo do house e do techno conseguiu achar um lugar para contextualizar melodias,padrões rítmicos e estruturas musicais que antes estavam separados na sua cabeça em gêneros como rock,jazz,funk,soul e MPB, porém pós a descoberta desse universo da dance music ele achou seu porto seguro para misturar e contextualizar todos os seus distintos gostos musicais dentro de um só lugar.
 Frequentemente você perceberá melodias de rock dentro do techno,sons e padrões de percussão brasileira e de hip-hop mescladas com house e trance,estruturas de mudança e espaço de improviso característicos do jazz da década de 60 e 70 mesclado com house e com techno e muito mais,além disso seu projeto obviamente tambem conta com a influencia do proprio house e techno de diferentes épocas,bebendo desde a fonte dos primórdios de chicago, detroit,e do new beat belga,passando pelo UKG,Tech-house , trance e dub-techno dos anos 90,minimal europeu dos anos 2000,entre outras pequenas variedades que o universo do house do techno podem proporcionar.
   Essa versatilidade e estudo do universo house e techno,aliado às suas produções com características facilmente reconhecíveis aliado a uma boa comunicação com artistas e públicos de diferentes meios, fez o projeto ganhar cada vez mais espaço nas mais diversas festas do Brasil e nas américas,já tendo realizado turnês Brasil afora tocando de Florianópolis a Manaus,de Brasilia á foz do iguaçu e tendo participado da edição de 2022 do BOILER ROOM Sāo Paulo, no exterior o artista conta com passagens por festas e clubes importantes como Dynamitas Club no México,festa ''Melt''em Los Angeles,No signal e milla25 no Peru e mais diversas outras,além de que dentro dessas experiencias já teve a oportunidade de ter dividido cabine e tido suas faixas tocadas por artistas como Jane Fitz,Quest,Raphael Carrau,Z@P,Bassam,Shanti Celeste,entre outros.
 Para além de suas datas ,o projeto de Villaça conta com mais de 6 lançamentos em vinil,sua propria gravadora(campana records) e uma residência na festa FRISSON.

Based in Osaka, Ground processes and reconstructs sounds he encounters around the world to create new creations for the dancefloor. evoke visions of pulsating otherworldly ecosystems. Immersing oneself in these sounds often feels like transcending the human-alien divide.

He started DJing in his teens and has played all over Japan, based in Osaka's underground music scene. He was one of the founders of the Chill Mountain collective, which held regular parties on the mountainside of Osaka, and later, together with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills, started to focus on the record label Chill Mountain Recordings. He began to focus his efforts on the Chill Mountain Recordings record label with sound engineer Kabamix and designer Mt.chills. They have performed at various festivals and events in over 27 countries, including the USA, Canada, Chile, Brazil, Germany, Ecuador, Croatia, Israel, Cyprus and Switzerland.

He has a thriving personal career, with a rich and complex catalogue of EPs, singles and collaborations, as well as seven albums & seven Ep releases, including his 2018 world debut album SUNIZM on the LA label ESP Institute.
