This track feels like a confession carried on the edge of a broken string, raw, sparse, and humming with something just beneath the skin 🎸 There’s nowhere to hide in this sound, and that’s what makes it hit, every note feels lived in, like it was pulled from the bones rather than played. It's fragile and fierce at the same time, like someone whispering through gritted teeth 🌫️ The toaster popped up and muttered, “This isn’t breakfast music, this is the sound of burning the toast on purpose” 💨 The kettle let out a low, steady hiss and said, “This kind of ache doesn’t need volume, just heat” 🧂 The salt grinder gave a sharp little twist and added, “Darling, that guitar is bleeding honesty, and I respect the mess” 🖤 It’s gritty, vulnerable, and full of haunted space, a track that doesn’t ask to be understood, just felt.

This Demo is about the exorcism of anger, and the protection of a healthy peaceful world. While I use the words Demon and Angel, I am not connecting this to a specific religion, just a concept to think on... I added some new more rock / groove riffs in Defending the State of Peace, with an entirely acoustic track that I hope you will like, (individual one with the earth).

“I was inspired by indie pop for this song, which is about moving on, getting back to yourself and reflecting on how far you have come. Life is full of moments and when you are in them those moments might not be so great in hindsight or those terrible moments might be the best thing that ever happened; a complete turn in your life, the making of you. I took inspiration from “Down” by Blink-182 for the chorus. This came together quickly, one of those exciting projects that flows. Thank you for listening.”
