Description: A little atmosphere courtesy of Plaits, the Erica Black Sequencer, and the XAOC Sarajewo. Additional help from Ochd, Intellijel 1u modules, Neunaber Immerse and Fairfield Circuitry's Shallow Water.

A small rundown on the following combination of modules:

Lipsk -> Erfurt -> Odessa

First things first:

-Both outputs of Odessa are used: A slow triangle lfo and its inverted version pans both across both speakers.

-Two other slow lfo's modulate peaking and density. Initially the modulation is 0.

-Odessa is sequenced with Moskwa II: A slow 8 step melody

-Odessa: Bank parameter: +8 and Harmonic factor 1:2

-Erfurt: register is clean and its clock is not updated so we can ignore Erfurt for the moment.

-Lipsk: all bits are 0, therefore you will not hear a very bright timbre as most partials in Odessa are off.

-Effects: A littel bit of delay from beads -> Desmodus Versio reverb...Both set to taste


The Ostankino II module provides one gate output at every step of the sequence. As the melody loops, I plug more and more cables from Ostankino's step n into lipsk's bit n until all 8 steps light up the corresponding bit on Lipsk. You will hear this: At every step a specific partial on Odessa is turned on...Only to be turned off again on the next step. The timbre changes step after step as a direct result.

Next: I plug a static voltage into the Hell expander. Two notes play ate avery step: 0 and +5 semitones

Next: Slowly move the bank parameter from +8 to -8

Next: plug a clock from Pamela into the clock increase input of Erfurt, creating all kinds of bit/timbre combinations per step as Erfurt frequently overflows.

First patch with the remarkable new Beads from Mutable Instruments. Rings is the sound source, through Blades into Beads. Everything steered by Batumi, Zadar, and Ornament and Crime. A little help from Intellijel's 1u effects module, for some pre-Beads delay.
