On March 20th 2022, London Insight Meditation hosted Jake Dartington for a day retreat in London. 

Jake explored the helpful and unhelpful aspects of faith within Buddhist practice. In its unwise manifestations, faith can be closed-minded and dogmatic. However, trust in the teachings and our own potential for awakening is an essential aspect of a spiritual path. Saddha (faith) is one of the ‘five spiritual faculties’ in the Buddha’s teaching.
