My new track. Finally! Well, I planned to do live-gigs this year, but things went differently as we all know, due to mother nature.  So I thought, why not use lockdown-time and try to produce something a bit similar to a live-gig? Inspired by DJ-Livesets I listened to recently and by some early, early, oldschoold 'Pre-Trance'-tracks which I enjoy a lot. During the process I realized this turned out to be a far more complex enterprise than my previous stuff. So I had to turn from my tape-recorder (which happened to break during my last sessions - thats something you have to deal w/ that antique stuff😐) to AbletonLife, otherwise it wouldn't have been doable for me anymore. But that was a new interesting challenge for me (I longtime skipped that topic for I'm not that much into computers somehow) and I think I learned a lot new stuff while doing this. But I still recorded a lot of it live in one take, though. After this, I added some tracks and did some producing and processing in AbletonLife. Throughout, I extended my modular rig. Among others a little sampling module and a Buchla-inspired Low-Pass-Gate, which did all that crazy Bongo-stuff in here! All the samples are produced by myself. Except from that historic jazz/ragtime-recording from about 1915, which is common-free, of course.
Here we go, folks, 17 minutes. Damn! Now I'll have to figure out how to do this live in future. 🤔 Let's see, there's so much going on these days anway.

Currently this is still the unmastered version. Took me enough time to deal w/ the new tech stuff. Still working on that though!
