Verse 21: Intent, knowledge, and capability are the three guides to correct action and they alone are like gods who preside over and judge the action to be good or wicked. First let your intent give a noble birth to the action, then let your knowledge give a noble guidance to the action, and finally let your capability give a noble fulfillment of the action. Nowhere is there worry of the result because the result is not a judge of the action.
