SUPASTA RECAP {roof & ground sound experience} - 05.07.24

A two hour journey through the utterly singular sound of Broadcast. Fronted by the late Trish Keenan, the Birmingham band melded the novel soundscaping of library music and early electronic experiments with their own sensitive take on indie rock and pop. Keenan's untimely passing in 2011 effectively ended the project - but a limited amount of previously unheard material has surfaced in the following years. 

This mix features classics and obscurities from across Broadcast's discography, including exclusive tracks featured in upcoming compilation "[Distant Call - Collected Demos 2000-2006](https://broadcast.bandcamp.com/album/distant-call-collected-demos-2000-2006)".

Gangsta Boo - Gangsta Walk (Mia Carucci Baile Remix)

Cwejamn VCO2RM fed into the MMF2 left chan, then into the Modcan Dual Delay. Sequenced by the Modcan Touch. Attenuated Random fed to various parameters by the Doepfer A-149-1. Intellijel Quadra does the envelope. Simple patch, LOTS of wondeful sounds.
