Well it all started back around 2005 when Jenna discovered her love for dance music... starting from funky house she worked her way up the filth ladder until she found her niche and passion for hard, filthy electro and breaks. 

Jenna was cranking up the front at a big dance party watching some guy play when she decided... I can do this... Girls can bang as hard as boys... So she did... Towards the end of 2007 she started playing vinyl and spinning some housey stuff.. as you do when you 1st start out. She then came to the reality that FUCK vinyl is expensive. So she decided to take the plunge sussed out a HP and went out and bought her babies.. 2 x 1000 Mk 3s and a DJM 400... 

That was it once she had my decks she was off! Starting out a open decks night, it wasn't long before Jenna got her first bookings and residency on a Wednesday night in Parnell. Over the past couple of years Jenna has established herself in the dance scene and is one of the most in demand female DJ's in Auckland and also around New Zealand. With her energy behind the decks Jenna isn't just a DJ but an entertainer, this combined with her dirty, driving bass lines has the dance floor cranking hard and wanting more!


Over the past 3 Jenna has played at events such as Ministry of Sound, Slinky, Stereodays, Big Club Night Out and has even DJ'd at Industry Night Club HollyWood for a VIP Twilight charity event!

She has supported international acts such as:
Dirty Loud, Lisa Lashes, Lazy Rich, Kill the Noise, Steve Hill, Andy Farley, Hook N Sling, Act Yo Age, Keli Hart, Potbellies, John Course, Good Will, Ashton Shuffle, Shadow Dancer, Tydi, Stonebridge, Warp Brothers, Soul Seekers and DJ Technikal just to name a few.

Hailing from the city of Pula, his innovative sound epitomizes the phrase “let the music speak”, and can best be described
as experimental, percussive and innately intelligent.
His faultless back catalogue boasts a dominance of releases on the likes of Toolroom, 1605, KD Music, Agile Records, Deeperfect,
Hotfingers, Us & Them, Funk ’n Deep, Factomania and Alleanza Records, and continues to draw support from industry greats such as Umek,
Marco Carola, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Solomun, Mark Knight, Paco Osuna, Carlo Lio and many others.
Drawing influences from fellow Croatian compatriot Petar Dundov and Slovenian and Serbian techno prodigies Umek, Marko Nastic and Dejan Milicevic,
DJ Unique has worked long and hard at honing his distinct sound, which he assuredly defines as a fusion of tech house and techno,
emotively produced to touch the listeners mind.
His tracks were in Beatport Top Charts in different genre such as Techno, Tech House, Deep House, Minimal/DeepTech and in Progressive House he reached #9.

Beside regular appearances on Croatian scene, his established capabilties behind the decks brought him to Chile & Argentina clubs, ClubRoom Santiago & Vina del Mar and Bahrein Buenos Aires. It doesn’t stop there, Unique flew out to Spain to play at Input Club Barcelona w/ Technasia, Shôko Club Barcelona, Cafe Del Mar Malaga and in Ibiza’s well known Delano Beach Club at Playa D’en Bossa. He also made his debut appearance in France and Serbia w/ UMEK, playing at Duplexxx Club in Canet and at Green Love Festival (Spens) in Novi Sad.
So far he has also been performing in Italy, Holland, Africa, Slovenian K4 and world famous Ambasada Gavioli but also in Croatia at Sea Star Festival w/ Enrico Sangiuliano and prestigious clubs such as Byblos, Lighthouse and Kalypso (Zrce Beach) alongside with Erick Morillo, Dubfire, Mark Knight, James Zabiela, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Carlo Lio, Kaiserdisco, Davide Squillace, Lilly Palmer and many others…

Another notable moment came when DJ Unique established collaboration with Wally Lopez and also releasing his debut album “Endless Escape” on DNC Limited.
Drawing increasing attention from industry greats, it is fair to say that this instinctive musician has an exciting and prosperous future ahead, as he continues in his pursuit of composing captivating music to stimulate the mind.

Sidney Charles has mastered the art of high impact house music that comes with a signature sense of depth, melody and groove. That unique style has made the Hamburg-born DJ, producer and label boss one of the underground's most prominent names: last year was his busiest ever with multiple chart-topping releases, high profile support from Radio 1 and standout gigs across the world. In 2023, the proven tastemaker will focus on his already influential Heavy House Society label and launch its new residency at Watergate in Berlin.
The last year has seen Sidney make an indelible mark on the scene. He played in Ibiza at the likes of Amnesia, DC10 and Cova Santa. He played to large crowds across several South American countries and all over the US from Miami to Las Vegas to New York and LA. He played in key Spanish cities at Input, Fabrik Madrid, Weekend Beach Festival, frequently visited Italy, played in the Netherlands multiple times a month and cemented his close relationship at UK hotbeds like Manchester's Warehouse Project and Leeds' Mint Warehouse.
Whether playing to a close and compact crowd in a small basement or tearing up a vast festival main stage, Sidney knows how to join the dots between the past and the present. He manages to open up new house worlds with his educated selections but never forgets to blow up the dance floor in the process. Just like his productions, his DJ sets are full of surprises, twists and turns but also rooted in physical grooves. His love of jazz, hip hop and funk and his vast knowledge of the 90s sounds always shine through with plenty of heavy bass which makes the Sidney Sound so irresistible.
Years after his first breakout hit, Sidney continues to hit the top of the charts with his newest creations. In 2022 there were three separate number ones on three different labels in Beatport's genre charts. They came on his own label, Eastenderz and Hot Creations, while he has also signed to the likes of No Art, Locus, PIV and Do Not Sleep amongst many more.
Sidney's Heavy House Society is already a respected go-to outlet for solid and innovative house music. It mixes up releases from top-tier artists and well curated new school talents such as Kolter (aka Djoko), Luuk Van Dijk, Locklead, Madvilla, Luca Donzelli, M-High and many more. As well as a collab EP with Kolter in 2023, Sidney will also head up the label nights, Heavy House Society, under the famous LED ceiling of Berlin's cult club Watergate. He has solo EPs in the works for the label as well as Cécille Records, MicroHertz and PIV; and will get in the studio with East End Dubs. All this is proof that Sidney Charles is at the top of his game.
