Comprised of current and former members of The Stolen Sweets, Sassparilla and Cross-Eyed Rosie, The Department of Gold places the highest premium on collaboration and respect for the process of writing and performing. We wish to create a sound that inspires what has been knocked down in all of us to get back up again. 

The Dept is currently on hiatus as the Caffee-Frantz Associates work remotely from Chicagoland area, but the cross-country affection connection between ORD and PDX remains strong.
