Ok something different.

Ive been thinking of doing something like this for a while now and I thought id give it a go. Im going to start a monthly podcast.

The first mix for this podcast is a dear friend of mine who lives locally here in the North East of England. 

His name is James Mclean and he has a real affection for electronic music and loves tracks that feature a lot of emotion.
Here you will find his mix he has kindly done for this podcast, I think it’s crafted and mixed really well and I hope you all enjoy the musical journey James takes you on.

DJ born in California, but is now living in Japan full time.  He has performed several years at Swallow Lodge during Fuji Rock Festival in Naeba Japan, several times at GreenHill in Yokosuka and several various shows in Sasebo Japan.  He is ready for more.  He is beginning his journey as a music producer and working on his beats. Resident DJ on ClubMix Radio.

Dutchess is a diverse DJ from South-Africa (currently residing in the Netherlands), who has played a variety of clubs, festivals and events in both the Netherlands and South-Africa including Ultra Music Festival, Amsterdam Dance Event and Burning Man Netherlands. 
She was crowned the best new female DJ in Gauteng by Smirnoff in 2017, and third best new female DJ in the country in 2017. 

She has featured alongside names like Chunda Munki, Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, Euphonik, DJ Fresh, Young Ellens and more.

Genres: Anything with a beat that makes me happy! :) This can be any genre depending on the week, and my mood. I will however always have a great love for all kinds of house music.

Techno is a state of mind that opens the doors to a parallel world.

Welcome to my SoundCloud page, I am a DJ from Newcastle upon Tyne, 

I regularly play Techno, Tech-House, and generally a bit of everything on DJ Techneck's NRG Radio Show every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 

Influences on my sound from the past would be the likes of Carl Cox, Joey Beltram,  DJ Easygroove, and a tonne of others. There are too many to list! 

Modern DJs who influence me are Boys Noize, Mall Grab, Kettama, Sara Landry, T78.
Also, a tonne of DJs and producers on SoundCloud who are big inspirations to my sound.

I've been Djing now for over 30 years, and I love it more than ever. I do this as a hobby now just in my spare time and generally just have fun with it.

I'm not perfect by any means, and I never think I am, I just love all types of electronic music, and i love to bring new sounds to the ears of the listeners. I always have done.
