I wrote It's Okay during a time of grief which helped me deal with my emotions. It's hard for me to listen to as it brings me back to those feelings, but I'm quite proud I was able to capture that in a song.

I wanted to write a track about one of my deepest fears; forgetting my loved ones when i get older. I decided to keep the arrangement very stripped back with a shorter overall length to get a very simple message across. If one day I forget you, please remember I loved you.

"Relief" is about comforting a loved one through mental health struggles. The dark and sparse production style makes it feel contemplative, sombre yet comforting at the same time. The chorus is thick and powerful to really hit home the line "I can be your relief".

Routine is a cheeky take on being an introvert. It combines pop hooks with a drum and drum and bass production style to create a hard hitting party anthem for people who don't like to party.
