ILINX is just one of the infinite emotions that we don’t know we feel, the desire to create chaos in a society which expects order, and everything to be in its right place. 
ILINX was first defined by sociologist Roger Caillois, a major figure in game studies. This literally untranslatable word describes a temporary disruption of perception; a feeling of vertigo, dizziness, and disorientation. 
It's the "strange excitement" caused by a destructive and senseless act.
Cailloios defined ILINX as a "sensual panic", the feeling you're spinning, falling down and getting out of control. He found a possible origin of the word in the ancient mystic rituals, where people danced and turned around themself , hoping to fall in a trance state and to reach an alternative reality.
This is our foundation, through which we present our musical journey.

Shield is the owner and mastermind of Rebirth Records. With an ethos centered around the foundations of house music, Rebirth rapidly cultivated a reputation, refusing to conform, but creating its own unique sound; building a link between the ‘soul’ of a song and combining it with a contemporary modern sound ! Shield is also one half of NUfrequency, responsible for producing the breathtaking ‘Go That Deep’, featuring the amazing vocals of the legendary Shara Nelson. Signed to NRK in the Uk the single has been hailed as the ‘best soulful house tune of 2008’. And also ‘Fallen Hero’ featuring Ben Onono, which is the most charted tune ever on Resident Advisor. 
Shield has recently re-edited house classics from Frankie Knuckles, Lil’Louis, A Guy Called Gerald, Alison Limerick and Tony Ransom.  His collaborations with Robytek gave life to the singles ‘Pump It’ featuring Foremost Poets in 2009, the strong ‘Dowtntown Soul’ in 2011 and a take on Adeva’s gave classic ‘In and Out of My Life’ for the legendary Easy Street Recordings. In 2012 the release of ‘Way Of Life’ EP on Luciano’s amazing label Cadenza. Shield played gigs in Germany (Tresor and Salon Renate in Berlin), New York (Output), Paris (Djoon and Badaboum), Uk (The Egg, Ministry Of Sound and Turnmills in London), Ibiza (Pacha, Eden, Cafe’ Mambo and Cafe’ Del Mar), Miami (Nikki Beach, Shelbourne, Do Not Sit On The Furniture and Club Sin), Poland (Piekarnia and Utopia in Warsaw), Czech Republic (Radost and Duplex in Prague).


DJ Aseel one of the best on Arabic Music, has been building up his music career since his teens, exploring the various types of music around the world. Today he is one of the most decorated DJs in the Arab Emirates, and he is carving out his place in history.
DJ Aseel started his career in 2007 with a dream of witnessing the Arabic revolution of music. After seeing DJ giants like Tiesto break into the market, he wished to begin a movement that could see Arab Djs having the same type of success. Today DJ Aseel is quickly becoming a personality in Dubai, and beyond, something he believes can propel Arab music forward.
