Audrey Gruss is Founder and Chairman of the Hope for Depression Research Foundation (HDRF), which she established in 2006 in memory of her late mother Hope, who battled clinical depression for decades. HDRF’s mission is to fund pioneering international scientific research into the origins, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of depression and its related mood and other emotional disorders, with the ultimate goal of finding a cure. Additionally, in 2017, Audrey created the Hope Fragrance Collection, a line of fragrances that donate 100% of net profits directly to the Hope for Depression Research Foundation.

Chef Juli Norris graduated from culinary school in 2006 and started a Gourmet Catering business, specializing in corporate celebrations, weddings and Wine Paired culinary events.  She became a partner at Downriver Grill, a casual fine dining restaurant focusing on fresh, local and seasonal Modern American cuisine, located in Spokane Washington, in 2010.
Her restaurant consulting company, Savoi Hospitality,  develops tools, offers resources, and helps other restaurants with business management, menu development, and innovation in an effort to help grow their business and profitability.
Married for 29 years to her high school sweetheart, Juli has four kids, one grandson and two twin grandbabies on the way!
