Narcissists is a independent electronic music project from Preston, Lancashire. Established in 2022, and releasing their debut album Opening Move the same year.

Opening Move, combines retro influences with an energetic, modern rock sound, not disimilar from Harry Styles or The Strokes. 

Opening Move saw some exposure upon release on Wythenshawe FM Radio, The Amos Madra Show and Amazing Radio Afternoons.

In November 2022, performing live atop an art gallery in Manchester, Narcissists made their live debut at the ABC Building, playing on the roof of the gallery in the glass amphitheatre as part of an event organised by House of Art and Heads Magazine.

Narcissists were also interviewed and featured in an article published by Blossom Magazine, an organisation also based in Manchester.

In December 2022, Narcissists performed at The Ferret, a legendary live music venue in Preston, Lancashire. Supporting popular rock band Sugarstone in a bid to save struggling venues affected by the pandemic.

In 2023, Narcissists released King's Gambit, their second studio album. The album featured a post-modern, electronically woven sound. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of electronic styles.

Dark Skies was used as the official soundtrack to popular Internet soap opera "Skew Bridge," crafted by the team from award winning playwriter Jim Cartwright.

This is an Elvis Presley track....I would say so in the title like "If I Can Dream" (Elvis Presley)...but, why do that when I could have fun? Are people going to recognize the song? Maybe people will assume I wrote it...and, maybe the younger ones don't even know who Elvis Presley is.  If people ask, I'll admit it...but, otherwise, let them say "Great tune, bro! Really catchy!" Thanks, Elvis....and, the beginning and end.....that is Jim Morrison causing trouble, he has a thing about people profiting from singers who have passed on.  I get it, I am on his side...and so, with Jim Morrison's input.....this is not to be so marketable.  I did it to show off......the same can be said for Hallelujah, so that people can say "this dude can handle Elvis" and "this dude can handle Jeff Buckley".  Why deflate a belief that only enhances my big ego?  

I love having a big ego, it is the people who lack a big ego who judge because they have no center of gravity from which to slap a guy who says let go of all attachments (this includes dignity, self-esteem, regard for boundaries, and the right to show no respect to those who require the abject humiliation of disciples to feel a sense of "masculinity" that is entirely lacking......like all authoritarians, there is no actualy masculinity in domination - it is the violent side of over-feminization.

This is why the Catholic Church terrorized female sexuality for centuries.....it all goes back to when a Cult of Dionysus mostly lesbian......they were slaughtered, the high priestesses tortured into giving their knowledge - which the ultra-homosexual (male homosex) Cult of Dionysus today - can only pretend to make use of the knowledge, they cannpt comprehend....and if this is the case, it is of utmost importance to keep the truth from people......lest, they become completely foolish.

"Whispers of the East" is a composition that blends tradition and modernity into a captivating sonic story, designed to transport you through diverse cultural landscapes and profound emotions.

The melody begins with the evocative sound of a Romanian caval, wistfully singing with authentic melancholy, accompanied by the mysterious tones of a bagpipe, all supported by rich African percussion, generated by tribal drums and tabla (an Indian pair of drums). I met a guy.  He had very extreme political ideas and seemed to believe in every conspiracy.  I asked him where he learned the things he was saying.  He told me he know of a guy in Germany who was a fantastic source.  Afterward it occured to me that the "guy in Germany" could be anyone, and that it was a pretty dubious kind of source for all his supposed knowledge.  Little by little the guy in Germany became the Random Dude.
