This track was created to illustrate the illusion or delusion of time. Time is a man made fear mongering construct... where there's "never enough time," or time is always deemed to be "running out!" Running out for what? Chasing the illusion that doing, doing, doing to have, have, have what never seems to ever be enough for people... especially in western "colonized" society? So many chase the illusion, they don't acknowledge their levels of entitlement in "buying into" the doing to have ensures they even live until the next day, let alone into elder age, to enjoy what they were dictated they "should, could, and would have..." if only they buy into the grand delusion of making the ten percenters that own everything more material wealth. 

Western society bought into the construct "if we do to have, we can have it all, and retire into a life of luxury... where we are entitled to pay the same prices we paid earlier in our lives for things and services, and we can pay servitude only wages to our lineages pretending to be totally oblivious to the fact we are the reason they have to work multiple jobs in order to "make ends meet." The mindset of a lot of folks is... "We worked hard for what we have and we should be able to sit back and enjoy it, we've earned it, we're retired." Sadly, too many do not see they are simply blind to it being part of the grand delusion by design. The folks who "sold you" that "bill of goods" never gave a rats arse about ensuring the work environments, or the natural environments were or continued to be safe for us and our lineages. Instead we've paid taxes to government agencies who permitted and continue to permit and approve the poisoning of what was once true mother nature led health care into sanctioned only pharmaceutical drugs that freely advertise their toxicity, we feed our kids and ourselves products like cereals, juices, and candy laced with chemicals and petroleum products and cry out "WHY" in angst... despite the evidence being right in front of our faces... if we choose to see it, hear it, not mock, belittle, and bully; but instead, BE KIND to those freely speaking about these truths out of love for you and the planet. Time is running out; but not in acquiring the wealth of the world... but, in seeing how we've been causing our own ailments and painful existences and demise... by believing one should do more, have more... at any cost to others, including our own families... to be or feel superior. Time's running out to see it's all simply a huge game and we are all pawns, unless we decide to pack up the game board and refuse to play.

This track was inspired by the way society has grown to think squeezing every ounce of vitality and nutritional content out of people, places, and things is "the new norm." It has only "become the norm" because we've failed to see, acknowledge, and put the brakes on seeing the ways the medical industry, psychology, psychiatry, religion, counseling, coaching, mentoring and other societal influencers have "authorized" the over-diagnosing to over-prescribe and over-medicate without the same health testing requirements for the brain... as required for every other organ of the body to determine which areas of the brain are hyper and/or hypo active. Instead, it's "acceptable" to DO HARM by blindly, essentially, tossing a dart at a dart board to diagnosis someone to medicate a patient; however a person with a prescription pad and pen... deems they want. For instance, depression... lots of things can cause depression and/or attention issues from artificial colors in foods, gluten causing brain fog, excessive traumas or losses, etc. Each of those things affects the brain differently; but, the effects are all depression. Now, if you don't scan the brain to find out exactly which part of the brain is affected, which parts are under or over performing/producing... it's like playing roulette with someone's brain and their life. How do I/we know? We were one of many victims of this medical industry practice... and it sent us to weighing 287 pounds, (years ago,) and being essentially brain dead or feeling like a zombie. The medical industry had us prescribed to take a minimum of 28 pills a day, just to get out of bed and "function." Their definition of "functioning," NOT ours, since a lot of days we were nearly bedridden. Turned out, once we were gifted the book Wheat Belly by an aunt, a retired nurse, we began getting back some of our life. We lost 70 pounds just by terminating ONE brain medication during a time we could not exercise because we had the worst severely strained ankle we'd ever had and weren't permitted to take walks for nearly 24 weeks! We hadn't changed our diet, at all, weren't exercising, and simply stopped taking ONE medication. As a result, we systematically began taking ourselves off more and more meds and replaced them or supplemented our health by using essential oils. 

Our advice is not from or as a medical professional... we are NOT one! Always seek your health care professional (s') advice BEFORE you adjust your diet or medications!!! We advise seeking a whole wellness doctor who uses or focuses more on nutrition and what are commonly referred to as "alternative medicines" despite the alternative medicines are actually what pharmaceuticals are. Natural, herbs and plant-based health care tonics are what medicine people of old used; before man decided to corrupt the ingredients, diluting, polluting, and toxifying it... for profit and control over the general populace. It's time we do more reading folks, and less time sitting in front of screens causing the same judgments and division those diagnostic terminologies were created to induce. And my, my... how well they've worked! Be more selective about how much you're willing to let others squeeze out of you, your life... and what ingredients are going to compliment the creative life juices flowing within you. Are you going to be a lemonade made with lemons full of bitter pesticides by those who don't want you to become the most delicious refreshment... or ones who flourished in an organic garden, protected and pollinated by the birds, bees, and other naturally occurring elements and beings who truly want to support you, your wellbeing?

I started work on this track almost 2 years ago just as we were going into lockdown. Unfortunately I developed a hearing problem in my left ear that required surgery so had to take a step back, can you imagine no music throughout lockdown!!!!!!!  anyhow finally things are good now, thankfully.
                 I hope you like this R&B styled track, this is the first of 2 I was working on!! I have been working Frantically like a robot to get it mixed...hence robot mix.... I also added a robotic count in because I'm nuts!!!! thankyou for all the support!!!

This one's for you Santi...
Two months ago our dear and wonderfully talented friend and musician Santi Caballero Mendez was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident in his hometown of Barcelona.  Sam and I had recorded over 50 tunes together yet we had never spoken.  To honor Santi, we have created our tribute Missing You - with 17 different musicians around the world who had recorded with Sam in my music.  The music brings out so many emotions for me, sadness, joy, passion, playfulness, and of course the incredible latin spirit.   Each section of the piece has different musicians, and so many musicians appear and reappear throughout the piece - but often with different supporting casts.  In the end, a moving tribute from so many of Soundcloud's very finest.  Thank you all for joining in as we honor Santi - and thank you Santi...we're Missing You:

This track was created as a self reminder whatever we feel in any circumstance is okay for us and honoring that intuitiveness is what matters most to each of us. People can see, think, say, portray anything in this 3D "values" world in which we live. We can BEcome caught up in the simulation, the societal entrainment "game rules," or we can go deeply within to reconnect and listen to the light and dark, the united mind, heart, body, and soul... Oneness of the Self when it comes to the who, what, when, and where we feel safe enough to BE or continue to BE ourselves. Anyone can outwardly say "you are safe." But, it's how we feel that matters. It's whether we are given sacred safe space; but perhaps more so, whether someone is able to equitably BE as vulnerable with us as we are with them that creates the feeling of safety. Some will say that fear is a human mindset construct that should be eliminated. Okay, if that is true, then the supposition of fear being the opposite of love and everything we think, say, and do comes from a place of either love or fear. Therefore, if one is a man made construct, that would mean the other is... as well. This would make fear, love, and hate... and the man made concepts of "to have" "to want" and "to need" simply other "four-letter-words," as cursory as others, considering how the words are all so maligned by society and "limited release-of-information" religions (especially Christianity which "conveniently" let out over 100 tablets/books from the BELoved Bibles because they "didn't suit" man's wish or agenda to control and "have dominion over all 'less than' peoples.") Subsequently, all other "feelings" would be man made constructs from made up letters, randomly arranged in man made words that we could also eliminate and consequently move into a more scientific based claim "We are all energy, everything we see is simply energy. Energy never dies, it simply changes form." Okay, so why then has NO ONE proposed that ALL feelings are man made, fear mongering constructs... used as divisive tactics? PLEASE, think about it before you simply run your entrainment tapes... IF we ELIMINATED the words in our vocabulary so as to have never named "emotions" which have been used to divide us into judging EVERYTHING about ourselves AND one another which creates more fear, and this perceived sense of lack in our daily lives... what would exist? Not fear, not love, not hate, not lack, not hope, not despair, not loneliness, not any one of the emotions, man made judgmental and divisive constructs... all THE THINGS that create the discord we are SEEING, witnessing in the world today. I know, it's a mind blowing, mind freeing concept that we've never heard proposed by anyone, except perhaps those leading a more meditative, monk, shamanism kind of lifestyle. Since we'd been drawn to those lifestyles since our earliest, formative years... long before we should have even known what they were... perhaps simply another reason we've always felt like we didn't belong in this 3D construct. Simply another way to see things from a higher perspective... or judge me to BE insane, right? BElieve whatever you want, and we'll BElieve as we are shown and led to, as well. We'll BE spending more time with those we FEEL safe and comfortable energetically... those with whom we've felt a more equitably shared reciprocity of vulnerability. We invite you to begin a similar practice for yourselves and your own/shared highest vibrational energy and living. BE well.

This track was created as a measure of release for those times we need to let go of people, places, and things... as well as letting go of our own expectations of what we feel we should, could do or BE... when any or all of those are not in our capabilities or our best or highest interest... the unity of Oneness of Self, deeply within.

Heartache Fare Thee Well

This track was created, in part, because we've been more and more drawn to under and inner standing our long time connection with our animal spirit guides... the symbolism and messaging brought by them, our angels, and ancestors over the past few years, as we've opened more to receiving them. We had a very close encounter with a hawk, after making an immensely difficult decision; but, thought we'd create a track and share a bit of information about a more prolifically sought or recognized/"seen" animal totem, the Raven. 
We know lots of folks have a fascination with specifically, the raven, a totem often signifying mystery, divination, an ability to learn quickly, intelligence, inventiveness, resourcefulness, and craftiness which helps one overcome difficulties and find the silver lining. People who see ravens, may see them as symbology... signifying people often come to them because of their knowledge and wisdom. We've often found ourselves in those very shoes; and never truly understood why we used to get in trouble with our birth mother and sister, (even got hit and/or met with such an INTENSE level of seething disdain,) for any positive attention we didn't even want; yet, received since our early youth. 
Over the past few years of meditation practice, we were able to uncover blockages that helped us see, under and inner stand... perhaps our family members saw the draw of folks towards what we ultimately suppressed... empathic abilities and how anyone and everyone seemed to feel and know it... or "the why..." but, me/us. We have begun to understand that just as some are drawn towards it and us, they also fear the unknown and what they do not inner and under stand. We feel the same way and can empathize with all of the judgments our own religion founded on incomplete "truths," fostered in generations of humans. Perhaps it's why we've always felt more "at home" amongst the animals, the non-judgmental creatures of this 3D world.

Raven

This track was created as a reminder there may be a lot of people, places, things, or experiences in life that may come along to attempt to "drag us down..." or that "smell" or lend us to "feeling" like shite; but, we can always choose to simply wipe our arses and walk away from them, rather than roll around in them. Most dogs are smart enough to realize if they cannot eat it, play with it, or snuggle with it... they can simply pee on something and walk away. It's funny; yet not... some humans think "certain folks" should roll around in "pile of doo..." situations and/or don't see themselves while they're do(o)ing it.

This mindset is prevalent even amongst the spiritually gifted... (aka... anyone and everyone who is open to overcoming the entrainment systems that made each of us shut down those gifts innately within us through the exposure to physically and emotionally body and brain altering toxins... whether biologically, neurologically, or chemically sourced. Hint hint, biologically includes alterations and manufacturing of things permitted to be sold as "food" and/or "beverages..." especially within the continental USA.) 

It's time we each take responsibility for our own lives, stop believing others can "read our minds" or owe us anything other than honesty; (especially if we don't have the courage to directly converse about what we want, need, or desire in our lives,)and it's time we "adult" by speaking or emailing with one another healthily, rather than living like "eternal teenie boppers" who think revving car engines or "communicating" through the 80's mixed tapes or songs era behavior is "impressive," past junior high or high school. If we want anything in life, reach out and show vulnerability, otherwise, we haven't learned the ultimate covid lockdown lesson... "time and life are precious." Would you rather reach out and be rejected or... die or have the one you love die... where you then remain "what if" ing yourself for the rest of your life about "what might have been" regarding a possible relationship, or career option, or life you'd always dreamt of living? It's time to continue to roll in doo doo... or... wipe our arses and take the steps towards receiving the people, places, things, and experiences we claim we want in our lives. The same goes for those in marriages with so much discord, both parties cannot interact outside their homes without spreading misery and judgmental behavior; because they remain in relationships out of guilt or fear of "starting over." Stop teaching kids and grandkids to remain in loveless marriages or to endure abuse because you are too lazy or afraid to start anew! Divorces don't HAVE to be filled with animosity, nor greed! I’ve been a Beatles’ fan since my 2 brothers started buying their records in the early 60’s, not only because their sound completely revolutionized my attitude to music but also because of their take on life.  They were so completely unafraid to say what they thought, a stance that not only resonated with me but with the youth of the entire world.  Theirs was a cultural force that changed everything, a thread indelibly stitched into the fabric of the way we live now.  For that, I think we owe them so much.  Best band there ever was, is and always will be. 
Again, I owe a huge debt of thanks to Hans for making this song everything I wanted it to be.  His talent never ceases to amaze me, something I always say but which is nonetheless so true.

Experimental, experiential composer, producer, recording artist, singer/songwriter, and percussion enthusiast. 
  
We create music using a fusion of genres, primarily using Logic Pro X and updated versions, our MIDI Controller Keyboard, as well as live world instruments, (mostly percussion,) often blending musical styles or influences from our world traveling days… whether our singer/songwriter material with lyrics… or our meditative/emotive instrumentals. We also prefer to produce most of our music in 432Hz range frequency, not 440Hz, which is known for disharmonization, (feel free to search "studies of the affects/effects of music/frequencies/sound on cells…" and “dive into” that “rabbit hole” as deeply as you wish, lol.)

Manipulating others and trying to force YOUR goals for THEIR lives upon them is NOT healthy, as evidenced by the way the US sanctioned "education" systems have largely failed to teach facts versus: maligned and fake history, medicine and pharmacology claiming it was or had been anything close to resembling "health care;" sciences in general (especially with regard to neurological, chemical, and biological agents and weaponry under the guise and supposition of war...) while mass farming, the medical and pharmaceutical industries, and protective agencies funded with US taxpayer dollars have used and continue to use those same "findings" or "developments" or "discoveries" and "agents or compounds..." on their own soldiers, their own civilian general populations... and with Covid 19... now, the world's population... as the greatest measure of "controlling the masses." This by increasing judgment against those who've dared and actively chosen to more extensively read and engage in thousands and hundreds of thousands of conversations with everyday folks, as well as those within the aforementioned agencies and entities who've dared to speak the truths about what they've done, learned, and KNOW from within them. These are folks who dare to speak up for what's true and right... despite some of them becoming flagged to be strip-searched every single time they fly, by government agencies and entities who (despite planting the public ideology of them being "conspiracy theorists," rather than the whistle-blowers,) KNOW these people HAVE evidence and continue to travel the world sharing it with those who are open-minded, open-hearted enough to listen to FACTS beyond the brainwashing and limited mindsets of the majority who'd rather "remain asleep" or hold ourselves accountable for our own complacency, complicit-ness, in perpetuating these toxic agendas and behaviors... rather than treating them as the domestic terrorism crimes they are. If these things have persisted, perhaps it's time to listen to why they are still slapping us in the face, rather than burying our heads... believing everything those "in charge" would have us believe. Even Christianity is founded on archaic, patriarchal, control which let out over 100 tablets/books... because it didn't "suit their agenda." It's how generations were conned into building churches and funding their idolic maintenance, when Jesus allegedly said "give up everything and follow me..." (whilst loving a prostitute... oh ye "Christians" who judge "certain occupations...") and attended a Jewish temple. Yet, many of us were conned into worshiping a caucasian Jesus... as if He were born in Bethlehem Pa, rather than in the Middle East! It's time we read more and listen and turn off sanctioned "news" sources and sanctioned only education and resources... and dig a little deeper for truths.
