The members of ST 6 have day gigs or other means of supporting ourselves.  We do this primarily from the heart and our love of creating and performing music. The String Revolution - Redefining Guitar Music:
The String Revolution is an innovative and dynamic guitar band that pushes the boundaries of traditional music. Composed of three virtuoso guitarists, they are renowned for their electrifying performances, blending different genres and styles to create a unique and captivating sound. Their intricate melodies, mesmerizing harmonies, and astonishing guitar skills have earned them a dedicated following and critical acclaim worldwide. 

The band includes former Randy Rhoads student Janet Robin (named in the “Top 50 Acoustic Guitarist bonus list” by Guitar Player Magazine, 2017), who is also an acclaimed touring guitarist with the likes of Lindsey Buckingham, Meredith Brooks, Air Supply and many more, award winning Austrian nylon-string guitarist Markus Illko and Cuban multi-credited guitarist Rober Luis.

They released their first EP “Stringborn” in 2016 to rave reviews and jam-packed shows, and their newest CD, “Red Drops” was released in 2019. Both records were mixed and mastered in London by producer/engineer Matt Hyde, known for his production and engineering work with guitarists, Rodrigo y Gabriela as well as engineering and mixing Slipknot’s Grammy nominated albums. The String Revolution’s cover version of “Billie Jean” reached the Top 10 Spotify LA Instrumental Charts and their songs on Spotify have reached over 4 Million plays in total. During the pandemic, the band continued to record remotely and release singles “Drive Me Home” and “Figure 8.” The String Revolution's repertoire spans an eclectic range of musical genres, seamlessly blending elements of classical, rock, jazz, and world music. TSR breathes new life into classics, and present original compositions, all infused with their signature style. With their unparalleled technical skill and musicality, they effortlessly navigate complex arrangements, creating a sonic landscape that is both captivating and emotionally charged. In 2022, they teamed up with longtime Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens to record a very unique acoustic version of the Ozzy Osbourne & Randy Rhoads classic, “Crazy Train.,” including a special animated video. The result garnered quite a good amount of complimentary press and more excitement over the band. That led them to music industry icon, Miles Copeland, who along with biz partner John Bevilacqua became their managers. That led to a signing with Jerry Ross’s Harmony Agency and the band has risen to touring to perform in PAC’s and state fairs. 

In 2023, the band got together to arrange another iconic song. This time it was “Folsom Prison Blues.” They tapped Grammy® winning producer (and Johnny Cash’s son), John Carter Cash to produce the song, which upon hearing the demo and idea to re-imagine his Dad’s song into a guitar instrumental, was excited to be a part of this project. The band then decided to have another special guest again. This time, they teamed up with Grammy® nominated guitarist, Tommy Emmanuel to join in as a featured guitarist on the new arrangement of “Folsom Prison Blues.” The result of this pairing has the guitar and music community praising the combination of these guitar forces and the detailed production. Mixing was again done by Grammy® winner Matthew Hyde and mastering was by Grammy® winner Emerson Mancini in Los Angeles, Ca.

Sunny had been talent scouted to audition for the very 1st season of X Factor USA in 2011 & also X Factor UK in 2012. He was given the name ‘Sunny Jackson’ as his stage name by the production team; But apparently in 2011, a motorcycle accident put him out of action for almost 3 months while he recovered from a broken jaw. He is now back on track with hopes and dreams of becoming Asia’s next singing sensation. 
 
In 2014, Sunny was chosen to represent Singapore at the World Championships of Performing Arts in Hollywood, California. He won a total of 5 gold medals for each category he took part in, the overall best performance award & full scholarships to represent Singapore. On the world stage, he only manages to grab a total of 5 Silver Medals & did not qualify for the World stage. 
 
Also in 2014, Sunny had become the 1st Singaporean to place 3rd at the Karaoke World Championships held in Sweden back on 15 November. He beat about 40 other contestants in the international round & 500 people who contested in the Singapore global competition, which first began in Finland in 2003.
 
Sunny was appointed as the first KWC Asia Ambassador in 2014. He released his very 1st single ‘Melupakanmu’ that was produced by KWC Asia. The song had been played on many radio stations and sung in many various countries around Asia.

After The Departure are a passionate, talented and driven 6-piece from West Yorkshire. Having being together only a small number of years, they have created a plethora of melodic, yet powerful songs that grab the attention of both existing fans and new listeners. As far as young, fresh, exciting, cutting edge artists go, that have a genuinely flowing amount of supreme enthusiasm for studio production and sharp, upfront and vibrantly atmospheric mixes and highly charged stage appearances full of raw power go, Coretek is one of the brightest examples of future breed worthy main stage greatness.

The story behind the man goes way back to an educated step up in introductions to the rave genre from his elder Sister. UK hardcore although never really leaving the underground since it's birth in the early 90's, famously had a wave of resurgence in the mid noughties, such waves continue to rise and rise to this very day and for Coretek it couldn't have come at a better time. With his passion for UK hardcore re-ignited and the time right for breaking through as part of the new breed, Coretek started showing up on many a line-up of a well respected promoter. 

This esteemed list would from then, until now (and still rapidly rising) include such gatherings as Dancefloor Slamma, Bionic, Hardcore Adrenaline, Diffused, Genetix, Core Obsession, Adrenaline Stompers, Infexion, Oxygen, Raverqueen, Addicted To Hardcore, Kore, Beats and Bass, Delirious, Firewall, Spunky, Overdose, Strictly Come Ravin, Ravers Reform, Future Of Hardcore, Hardcore Addiction and Apocalypse which, in total form a modest shortlist of ever growing engagements. 

Not limiting his talents to just the stage alone, Coretek has since famously held down a handful of residencies on the radio with regular slots on live shows through Headrush Radio and Global Dance Radio, thus entertaining scores of listeners with his fresh and diverse sound all week round, a feat only matched by his regularly recorded mixes of varying styles which are often given away for free download and extensively downloaded in the hundreds and in some cases thousands.

Like any self respecting artist in today's expanding underground scene, the natural course is to next evolve creatively and organically into production, something Coretek has taken on firmly with both hands. So far, Coretek has collaborated with the outstandingly talented Technical Difficulties in the studio on the peak time anthem 'You Said You', which remained in Track It Down's 'Hot Top 100 UK Hardcore Tracks' for well over fourteen weeks. He further collaborated with the boys on the forthcoming slammer 'Stop Me' and also the soon to be released (On Technical Difficulties) party raising tune 'Pitch Black' with DJ Clowny.

One thing that can be said for Coretek is that he's consistent. Such an investment of time, energy and love into one career course has certainly yielded results across the board of creative outlets for which he can be happily associated. As a producer, his ideas, musical ability and vision whilst learning and collaborating with his peers has not only seen the achievement of signing, releasing and high chart positioning of such creative labours, but also afforded him the opportunity to create some further allegiances with projects in the pipeline that see him writing and releasing material forthcoming with DJ Nico, M-Style, Gisbo and a return to the studio with old friends and regular collaborators Technical Difficulties and Clowny.

This will, we have no doubt lead on to continued returns to the main stage with repeat bookings already scheduled for some the scene's mightiest brands lined up nicely for the remainder of 2013 not only at home, but also, for the first time in his career, a break through the UK barrier as this and next year sees Coretek taking to stages at events in Canada, the USA and Australia for what is the start of what we're certain is a very promising career as an artist internationally.

So, in a studio, in a session, at a house party, in a field, at a warehouse, in a bar, at a club, or stretching the length and breadth of a festival or international stage Worldwide, Coretek's location is irrelevant; because what is always prevalent in any of these situations, what always shines through on any occasion, in any place, is his drive, commitment, focus, impressive technical ability, broad track selection, sharp controls and keen turntablism that makes Coretek one of the brightest shining stars of underground electronic music's future league of champions. Lyrical Militant is a socially conscious Hip-Hop artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Canadian-Pakistani emcee philosophizes in rhyme with slap-you-in-the-face lyricism over infectious heavy drums and soulful, South-Asian influenced melodies. Lyrical Militant’s debut full-length album, “Prelude to Revolution,” will be in stores and online January 20th, 2012 and features production from K-Salaam and Beatnick, Lomaticc and many others. The 16 track LP is the first in a trilogy of albums from the politically charged emcee. The 3 albums are related in theme and tell the stories from what Militant simply describes as the “calm before the storm” up to the “aftermath.” Prelude to Revolution is dubbed “Book 1.” Following the release of the album, Militant’s high-energy live show can be seen at his planned Western Canada tour from Manitoba to British Columbia.

After releasing his first mixtape in 2008, Lyrical Militant received glowing reviews from entertainment publications, critics and radio stations alike. With song titles like “Humanity’s Tragedy,” “Four Twenty” and “Young’n Restless (A Ho Story),” and topics including war, sex, and religion, what’s in store is no doubt controversial. 

Militant has shared the stage with many great acts, including Akil the MC from Jurassic 5 and has been featured on a variety of television and radio programs for his activism and his music. A child of the “golden-era,” Lyrical Militant grew up as a student of the four elements of Hip-Hop. After dabbling in break-dancing and graffiti, Militant found his true love in rhyme at the age of 11, and production/DJing at 17.  Originally from the troubled cities of Thompson and Winnipeg, Manitoba, the rapper/beatmaker kept falling into the darkness of a street lifestyle.
