A vinyl lover with a wide musical taste from '80s till today, he combines different styles all strictly related with the dance floor, his mixes ranging from garage Disco, Italo and New Beat to Acid House or Techno in 90s style.

Nato nel 1987 a Bologna, sesto figlio illegittimo di un cardinale norvegese membro del consiglio pastorale diocesano, viene adottato da una umile famiglia contadina locale, dalla quale apprende presto le abitudini frugali e il duro lavoro nei campi. Impara a suonare come autodidatta, esercitandosi nel fienile con il pianoforte a gatti del padre. Raggiunge una certa notorietà quando compone i brani 'Bambola, non piangere', 'vivere e morire a Burzanella' e 'le manopoline dell'amore' 
magistralmente eseguiti dal cantante italoamericano dell'epoca Tony Bobotti. Successivamente si specializza in campo culinario, la sua pasta con le zucchine e la pancetta è considerata tutt'ora un capolavoro senza tempo. Ad oggi si dedica alla musica sperimentale, collaborando con musicisti da ogni angolo dello spazio-tempo e suonando la batteria nella band Progressivo-Surreale Acrilico su Tela, dove spesso suona fuori tempo. La sua passione per le sonorità sperimentali e per la musica suonata male lo spingono ad un approccio alla musica non canonico, simile a quello di band di outsider music come 'The Shaggs' e la 'Portsmouth Sinfonia', e più in generale a tutto l'universo di composizioni bizzarre, emotive e schizofreniche che la follia umana ha potuto concepire.

Billboard music award winners, "Kinto Sol" is made up of the Garcia Brothers, Manuel "Skribe", Javier "DJ Payback" and Eduardo "El Chivo". Their music is a product of their cross-culture life experiences and a common story among immigrants in search of, and in pursuit of the American Dream. The talented trio originally from Iramuco, Mexico arrived into the urban allay ways of Chicago, later relocating into the industrial landscapes of Milwaukee after the release of their debut album, "Del Norte al Sur" (From the North to The South). The pioneering success of the album captivated a corner stone into the market place for Kinto Sol, as they secured the endless recognition into the industry's completive edge. Their instant fans quickly found refuge in the hypnotic content and memorizing lyrics. The motivation behind the band's music cultivated the demand to produce and release two back to back Gold albums, "Hecho en Mexico" (Made in Mexico) and "La Sangre Nunca Muere" (The blood line never Dies). Kinto Sol dedicated these albums to the fidelity of family and sheer perseverance against economical struggle, encouraging the pride in their cultured heritage. 

With each release, Kinto Sol continued to win the hearts and minds of its listeners, building an ongoing diversity of an audience. After the montage and sheer number of loyal listeners, Universal Records could no longer ignore the draw of the band's industry success, offering the band an invitation to join their seasoned label. Shortly after uniting with Universal, "Los hijos del Maiz", the bands forth hit album was released. The album documents and confronts the contemporary challenges faced by immigrant audiences, including unfamiliarity, economical discrimination and racism. 

Within a year, the 2008 Latin Billboard music awards nominates and awards the band with the Best Rap/Hip Hop category. In 2010, Kinto Sol again receives another nomination by the Billboard giants for their album, "Carsel de Suenos" (Prison of Dreams), In the best Latin Rhythm Album artist of the year, Duo or group Category. In addition to their independent success, Kinto Sol continues to credit their "Soldados", (fans) to the success of the band's acolytes without syndication and or absolutely NO radio play. This remains to be an ongoing industry miracle..

Es un grupo mexicano de hip hop creado en Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. El grupo comenzó sus actividades en 1999 bajo distintos nombres y miembros antes de tomar su nombre y alineación definitivos.

El grupo está compuesto por el vocalista principal Eduardo Dávalos De Luna (Babo) y Román Rodríguez, más conocido como "Rowan Rabia", Monoplug o simplemente Mono, antes también formaba parte del grupo Dharius, pero se separó del mismo a mediados de 2014

Hey, Gareth here, I'm a graphic designer who start designing for clubs, parties, and labels in the late 90s. Back then, mix CDs were the holy grail of both design and music. I loved them.

But I wasn't the only one, mix cds were the soundtracks of our nights, our days, our afterparties and lives, for everyone. Yet in today's internet age, the art form has been lost (or just changed) to 2-3 hour online mixes and streaming videos, which just don't create the same magic your CD collection did. Just 60 minutes of music and incredible artwork.

The Classic Mix CD Series celebrates these discs, their soundtrack, their box art and your memories. We hope you enjoy it.
