This is a simple hypnosis induction that will bring you under and up, feeling relaxed and refreshed with a wave of pleasure for five brief seconds. There are no long-lasting effects, however it does involve you repeating phrases out loud and is advised for use in comfortable spaces. It may not work on all audiences due to its short length.
