The aim of this guided meditation is letting go of any thoughts that might be going around in your mind. For example, letting go of what has happened during your day, or worries about the future, or any difficulties there might be with other people, or whatever thoughts you would like to let go of.

It is about letting go, and being free of those thoughts, so you can be more relaxed and calm, and be able to be in this present moment, and enjoy it, just as it is.

Also, try using this 10 minute guided meditation at times when you are stressed or tired or there are negative thoughts going around in your mind, and hopefully after listening to it, you will feel better and be more relaxed and calm and focused in a pleasant way.
So this guided meditation can help to reduce stress and anxiety, and to help you to feel more calm and relaxed and focused.
In general, the more you use this guided meditation, the more benefit you will receive from it.

Letting Go 10 minute guided meditation – Let go of stress & anxiety & be more calm and focused

it's not uncommon for physical illnesses, especially ones causing chronic pain, to lead to mental suffering. In this visulisation meditation, you are guided to downsize your pain through various exercises. You will be asked to rate the pain and see it as a shape and colour, and by altering your image of the pain, you will be able to reduce your pain levels.
