Wonderful composition man. Your comment on starting writing classical and then getting pulled another direction is a familiar one. We are so spoiled for angles nowadays it's really hard to stay in one box when making a piece. This really goes lots of places. Doors like in parts. Wind instruments and rhythm changes are very cool. love the hesitancy there in the second half 🫡🔆 Super track man

Hey Mark, this piece is delightful, quirky and fun. I agree, this segment at 2:30 is fantastic, so is the rest. I really enjoyed this one. Impressive work. Hope you have been well.

(I'm not on SC much these days, but should be more active again in another month or so, and hope to catch up on exploring all y'all's creations)

This is an older experimental tune from around 1998. It started off intending to be a classical type thing with just orchestral instruments, but I kinda got carried away! All instruments are played on my old Roland synthesizer. I hope to return to the original idea some day to record better performances of the guitar and trumpet sections (collaborations welcome!), or redo it entirely. But the cello intro & outro are a strong foundation, and the short interlude (oboe & plucked violin) at the 2:30 mark is among my favourite bits of all my stuff. Looking for a better title too  🧐.
