Set in Ireland in the 1840s, the tale of Cait Ui Challaigh, a widow and mother and a Landlord, Clanricarde who planned to evict them and leave them destitute. A scene played out across Ireland during that period.  

Inspired by the many 'fierce Irish women' throughout Irish History.

this song started quite a while ago with an instrumental industrial bounce from http://soundcloud.com/lovvarion (track #5).  i added some improv vocals last year during a period where i did not have a microphone.  so the vocals on the first attempt (track #2) are pretty awful.  it really buries the big sounds from lovvarion's instrumental.

a few months later i was playing with the song again....and added a piano line, playing along with lovvarion's instrumental.  i ended up adding new vocals to this and sending a second version for both lovvarion and bella_luna to hear.

i was absolutely thrilled when bella sent me this piano version back this time with her singing with me.  (track #1).  i also had enough left over vocals from her stems to play around and make two remixes (tracks #3 and #4).
