Who says new computer, says new piece to mark the occasion. The structure is very free (and for good reason, it's an improvisation in one take just reworked a little to regularize and complete) but the whole thing took less than an hour to do. 

Qui dit nouvel ordinateur, dit nouveau morceau pour marquer le coup. La structure est très libre (et pour cause, c’est une improvisation en une prise juste retravaillée un peu pour régulariser et compléter) mais le tout a pris moins d’une heure à faire.

Aunt Lydia's Theme (By Florian Bochkovsky X Nylïa)

This is one of the battle tracks of the yet unreleased game Anthador.
After I had finished the first attempt of this composition there was something missing. A lack of energy, character and vitality. So I decided to rework the composition and add another instrument that I'm quite familiar with from the past years as a singer-songwriter and frontman of my band: my voice.

Comme beaucoup, mon amour pour les sonorités électros me vient en partie de la BO de Vangelis pour Blade runner. Aussi lorsqu'on fini par mettre la main sur un plugin du Yamaha CS80, on ne peut s'empêcher d'essayer de revisiter le Los Angeles de 2019.
