Armen Nazaryan is a Greek composer of Armenian descent, electronic musician, music producer and sound designer. He has composed music for films, theater plays, documentaries, video art and TV commercials.
He also plays percussion like djembe, cajon, buffalo drum, belek, a little bit of a piano. He loves doing some vocal chants and throat singing on spiritual / oriental / tribal music.

I am an international vocalist and performer. Much of my vocal work and compositions are inspired from my research around the world in global singing and performance traditions with a special interest in lamentation.

The free improvisation ensemble ORCHESTRA OF THE SEA was activated in Athens, amidst the COVID-19 situation. It was founded by longtime friends, old co-students and music collaborators Vassilios Kokkas (composer), Dimitrios Talarougas (composer) and Maria Tzanou (guitarist) and encompasses also (Brazilian) multi instrumentalist computer musician Celio Vasconcellos (Belgium, live electronics and electroacoustic media), Vassilis Roupas (composer and pianist) and double bass player Errikos Sidiropoulos Velidis.

Το σύνολο ελεύθερου αυτοσχεδιασμού ΟΡΧΗΣΤΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΘΑΛΑΣΣΑΣ ενεργοποιήθηκε αρχές 2021, εν μέσω COVID-19 στην Αθήνα από τους παλιούς φίλους, συμφοιτητές και μουσικούς συνεργάτες, Βασίλη Κόκκα, Δημήτρη Ταλαρούγκα (σύνθεση) και Μαρία Τζάνου (κιθάρα) και συμπεριλαμβάνει ως ενεργά μέλη τους Celio Vasconcellos (Βέλγιο, υπολογιστές, σύνθεση με ηλεκτροακουστικά μέσα, κρουστά) και Βασίλη Ρούπα (σύνθεση, πιάνο, ηλεκτροακουστικά μέσα) και τον κονταμπασσίστα Ερρίκο Σιδηρόπουλο Βελίδη.
