We all have days that we want to delete from our lives. Moments we wish didnt happen. People we don't like. 

This song's about trying so hard every second deleting from your mind what you want to delete from your life 

I initially penned the song with the idea of our journey through this pandemic. But quickly wanted to write about heartbreaks. My friend sent in a few lines for the song and then everything fell into place.

The last few lines of the song where I say it seems like there's no end is how I feel about the uncertainty of this pandemic but it also fit in so well with the actual meaning of the song where a person going through a heartbreak/ hard time feels like there's no end to the pain.

So yeah the song comes from a sad place 
It's about the struggle a person goes through during this process. You might feel lonely, you might feel helpless 
You might feel suffocated , sad

I don't know who needs to listen this, but this song is to say that you're not alone. This song is something you can groove to in your sadness
