Feature interview #1,629 in the ongoing series: 36 hours before LoveRocks Festival kicks off on the south coast, I had a chat in London with Simon from the management team on this year’s event. A three-day festival featuring a who’s-who of rock talent, including Saturday headliners The Answer, GMS Band of the Decade Amongst Liars, and rising Welsh rockforce Scarlet Rebels, who headline on Thursday night. Comment too on UK summer appearances for US band Carbellion and Italian faves – and current Band of the Year – Violet Blend. Just some of many fine bands playing this year, one of the most interesting festival line-ups anywhere this summer.
