A song about the South African sailor, Kirsten Neuschäfer’s amazing journey as the only female entrant in the exciting and dangerous Golden Globe Race aboard her boat bearing the indigenous name Minnehaha, which means The Laughing Waters. This around the world solo sailing race uses only traditional navigation. 
Kirsten unexpectedly spent a year on PEI, Canada, getting her boat ready during COVID with help and support from Islanders who can be heard singing on the chorus at the end of this song. Lennie became friends with Kirsten while she was there. At time of writing, she was in first place.
