Atlas:At Last is an indie music project out of Indianapolis that is not afraid to push the boundaries of the genre. Brand new singles released from the debut LP 'Old Ghost' out Dec. 2016! Please re-post and help get this heard!

Push Against New Fakes is the electronic project by Michele Panf Mantovani and sees the light in 2012.
Since then he has released several albums and EPs for Italian and foreign labels, as well as several remixes.
Among the noteworthy things, in 2020 the song "Clouds" was included in the compilation "Tour de Traum XX", published by the German label Traum Schallplatten, a well-known label in the electronic music field that in the past has worked with artists such as Adam Beyer, Max Cooper, Minilogue, Extrawelt and many more.
In 2021 another German label, NOWN, released the EP "Pure", containing 5 songs mixed by the Berlin producer Hannes Bieger; Pure was released on vinyl in Italy and Germany.

The Last Sun is the musical incarnation of Montreal musician Dave Nugent, who until now has been best known for his role as lead guitarist in the Sam Roberts Band. A songwriter in his own right since the age of 17, he's been honing his skills in various bands and behind the scenes. Making use of some recent down time, Dave teamed up with lifelong friend Jordon Zadorozny (Blinker The Star) at his Pembroke, ON recording studio, French Kiss, to lay down the four tracks that comprise The Last Sun EP in five days. Jordon's renowned skills as a producer, mixer, drummer, and overall sonic craftsman brought Nuge's ideas and demoes to intense, glorious life.

"There are some places that we must get to. There are some spaces that I can lead you..." 
(On working with Jordon) "Jordon showed me how to construct a song, and go with my first instincts. There was never much thinking after an idea was put down, just keep moving forward until your mind was spent, and the song felt complete. Jordon doesn't push you, he lets all your ideas come out and picks the ones that work for the tune."

Lyrically touching on subjects of relationship battles, questionable choices, regrets and vindications, the four songs making up The Last Sun display amongst them a vast range and depth of emotion and tone. Musically, there was no attempt to adhere to a single theme, but pop, rock and roll, folk, shoegazer, and electronic elements are woven throughout.

The Man in the BLACK LEATHER Jacket stood down by Oakland Beach looking out at the sea. He was wondering what ever happened to the good times of fun rock and roll of bands like The Ramones and Cheap Trick. He remembered WHEN THESE THINGS WERE COOL and longed for them to return. The time of new exciting music seemed long gone and this made him feel ROTTEN TO THE CORE. It was then that a fast, deep fog came upon the shore making it impossible for him to see his own hands in front him. As he walked in confusion, he spied a clearing in the distance and moved towards the light. When he stepped out of the fog, he found himself IN THE SHADOW OF THE CITY he recognized as New York. More specifically, he was on W23rd Street outside the Chelsea Hotel. He was looking at the building wondering how he arrived in this place. He thought he saw Johnny Thunders staring out the window at him but the shade was quickly drawn. He shook his head to try to clear this image when suddenly the front doors swung wide open and out walked Dee Dee, Johnny and Tommy Ramone. They were walking towards the man and stopped about five feet  from him. They were having an argument about whether someone named Sheena was the ultimate PUNK ROCK GIRL. Johnny appeared frustrated and began to walk away. Dee Dee followed, continuing the heated discussion. As Tommy passed the man, he said under his breath “ALL MY FRIENDS ARE BRATS”. A sudden darkness overtook the man. He felt his head spin like his mind was caught in a raging tornado. When he awoke instead of being IN THE NIGHT, he was strapped to a table with a bright light shining into his eyes. When he was able to blink a few times to clear the dots and focus, there was a man in a filthy white lab coat examining him in both disgust and glee. He suspected that the deranged doctor going to perform horrible acts upon on him. A low, calm voice came from behind the “doctor” and said “REANIMATOR”, I have been following this guy for many years. I believe he may be the one to return my spirit to rock and roll and let it never be BROKEN. Hey Ho let's go with the transformation.” The man spied where the voice was coming from and he saw a tall man in a biker jacket and round sunglasses. He thought for sure it was Joey Ramone! The Reanimator was now holding a syringe with a 12-inch needle. He turned to Joey and asked, “Shall I proceed Mr. Ramone?” A smirk came over Joey’s face. He shook his head “yes”. The man’s life was suddenly passing in front of him. He thought of his dear Miss Elizabeth. SHE’S SUCH A THRILL! The needle entered his ear canal. It was then the man noticed that he felt no pain as if he was already dead. He then began to twitch and turn. He eventually stopped trembling and rose from the table. The Reanimator yelled “He is alive! Electric Joey is born!” An instant later, the newly born Electric Joey found himself back on Oakland Beach staring towards the sea and pondering what lay beyond it. There were worlds to be conquered with the SOUND WAVE of music he would write. He had then a vision of his bandmates and knew their names to be Electric Greg and Eee Eee. ELECTRIC JOEY IS PUNK ROCK….1,2,3,4!

We began a decade ago or more.  We thought we might be the next Blue Man Group(tm).  We weren't.  Once we realized this, we realized "something has gone terribly wrong".  We moved from the sticks to Chicago.  Something has, indeed, gone terribly wrong.  We have begun hopelessly spinning, growling, grinding, speeding on a radioactive wave out among the ether (farmland), into the black hole (suburbs), through the stargarte (highway), beyond what you thought was a wall of cool (chicago music scene) and into the world of irresistible beauty which birthed the monolith which is PUSH (our heads).

    Inevitably, HAL or some other kind of sentient technology will abandon you, as we already have been.  You will follow a similar path through space and time.  And as you wake in your palacial suite to the Push Monolith gazing over you... you will feel it breach the expectation of what a band made up of marimba, vibraphone, synthesizers, drums, bass guitar and melodica could possibly sound like.  Something like a bird chasing the last cracker on earth, nabbing it, 
wrestling it to the ground, smothering it with Easy Cheeze(tm) as its last living work.  Dying on a beach, decaying and subsequently serving itself, the cracker and the cheese to the cosmos... along with the dry wine of earth. 

     We have no "indie" ethic, we don't even know what "the kids" are listening to these days.  We don't dress well and we're not as self indulgent as we might seem.  We care about what you think.  However, PUSH is probably not what you think and that's the best reason we can think of 
for you to listen up.
