There's so much injustice, aggression, and war in the world these days, but i suppose it has always been so since humanity went off course in the Long Ago.

And even though we feel the Joy and Beauty of life, there remains that feeling of loss, somehow. May Music help to bind up those inner wounds and heal us by giving us a creative outlet for the pain we feel within, and a balm for the insanity. 💕

When Tim and I create music together via improvisation we have no clear plan as to what we're going to do or what kind of feelings we'd like to explore. We simply get into a Deep Listening space, then just dive in. 😉 

But in hindsight, it seems that a deep cry from within came forth echoing man's inhumanity to man. We can only hope that such intensity awakens us to be our 'better angels'. It's gotta begin with each of us, IMHO.

A Cry From Within * Anomon & Elliot

This is a song created by the very talented and revered Karin-Maria Brunner, to which she was kind enough to ask me to contribute. She sent me the beat, the bass line, and the chords and said, "verrückt werden!" So nuts I did go! She wanted something that on which I used a synthesizer, of which I loved the idea. 
  The song appears on her album Synthastic, which also includes some other really top ace musicians, including some of my personal favorites, like Frans Beelaard. Thus, I'm very honored and proud to not only be among musicians of that ilk, but to have been asked by Karin-Maria to participate in the first place. 
  You can find my other song, Magic Hour, along with those of the other seven collaborators among the other seventeen songs on the album on literally every streaming service available. So, next time you're listening somewhere other than the Cloud, please take at least a few minutes and check it out. Having washed his soul in the River, the main character from my last song has now become a better Man, well nearly a better man. When you listen to the lyrics i think we may all agree that he might have to make a visit back to the River ..pretty soon.

Used the same guitar as the last time, added some distortion to the lead guitar to add dynamics at the chorus and introduced an acoustic guitar in the Right speaker with the bridge pick up guitar in the left speaker, sort of spreads the sound, I loosened the snare on the  snare drum to get more of a rattle and pumped up the kick a bit. Hope you like it ..All you sinners .
