EVERY NEW CHILD IS AN ABSOLUTE STAR

I wrote this song “Brightness” inspired by my favorite drama “Breaking Bad”where I met Walt Whitman’s poem.  I had a big inspiration and motivation from him.

When I asked her about putting the words of his poem on my song, she kindly and so rapidly did some research and let me know the poems of Walt Whitman are in public domain, apparently.  
I felt very happy to know that I can use his wonderful words for my song with great respect.

I'm very glad to share this great piece, came through an intense step by step collaboration with Jowwwafi. It started by fitting one of my old poems to some chords he sent to me, then... well you'll get the best description by listening to it 5 or 6 times ;)

The song has a remarkable age, and I changed it several times. This is the today version, recorded (guitar and vocals) with a RØDE NT-USB+; you can hear dogs barking in the distance (but I don't think they were protesting at me). The outro is from an earlier version.
