You make Brolls not music, what? You cant listen to this in like a car or like casually... this strictly background noise for some character quest. Its ok.

clever use of lo-fi flute (mellotron?) in a cavernous murky ambience.

I like the flute sound👍the sort of industrial sounds espesh at beginning  continue as the melody & the almost tribal rhythm & drips of sounds emerge & interplay,really interesting & enjoyed:) Mik

narration: it's spring. the title refers to an aesthetic category introduced by alexander gottlieb baumgarten (1714-1762). the 'expatriate poet' referred to is peter russell: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Russell_(poet) and also https://www.emt.it/riviste/marginalia/Marginalia17.pdf (1994) .... the 'first child' was of course mine, not pr's. any autobiographical relations, though, are purely incidental .... poetry is a category of fiction after all.

in the harsh light of a spring noon
the darling buds of leaves turn vibrant
early flowers rejoice in voluptuous infamy

he looks at the sketch of a tea mug
resplendent with exterior colour, then
realizes the real mug in front of the empty canvas

all the houses around him sport antennas
dishes, connecting them to the unseen
unheard, intangible levity of the pertinent ether

once, he spent a fortnight in tuscany

his first child still had to be carried, then

I've been using synthesizers, sequencers,  drum machines samplers and many other computers since the 80s 
All traks are made now with FL,  Ableton Live and Studio One. I play music on a computer for my pleasure. 
I am retired . I no longer have any professional activity and I play music just for fun.
My musical influences range from classic rock music to jazz and electronic music.
