In the garden of Eden,
I lie myself down,
to wash my throat,
full of fresh, spring water,
and I ride in the sky,
on the billowy clouds,
where is nothing to hide,
and everyone doesn't care,
they are happy at each others' work,
and I eat the good fruit,
throwing out the bad,
I sing and dance,
nobody cares,
everybody is happy,
there is love in the garden,
of Eden,
and lie yourself down,
and look at yourself,
as I have,
and you shall never be angry,
never.

“Thread of Grace” is for the ones who wake up already exhausted, who carry pain quietly, and keep moving anyway. It was written from a place of lived experience, but it’s not just about me. It’s about us, the ones who live in bodies that don’t always listen.

This isn’t a song of defeat. It’s a small light in the dark, a hand reaching out to say: I see you.

A pale dawn breaks, another silent war,
In a body that no longer feels like mine.

Woke up again with the weight in my chest,
This body won’t let me rest.
The mirror blurs with someone I don’t know,
Her eyes are tired, where hope won’t grow.

They hand me pills, they name my pain,
But none of it breaks the chain.
I’m lost in silence they don’t hear,
A prisoner of my own atmosphere.

Oh, this body breaks me, day by day,
With every flare that won’t go away.
No cure in sight, but still I try,
To hold the sky when I can’t fly.

Some days I can’t lift my head,
I lie in shadows, dream of light instead.
Each smile I wear is a quiet plea,
To one day live pain-free as me.

Of walking through a world that hears.
I may be bent, but I won’t break,
There’s still a fight this fire can take.

A quiet flame in endless rain.
No cure in sight, but hope holds space,
I walk the line with a thread of grace.

But until then, I do what I must do.

Let’s not mince words here. Trump is the embodiment of corruption, greed, and incompetence. He’s a man who has spent his entire life looking out for himself, exploiting others, and leaving chaos in his wake. As De Niro so eloquently put it: *“He’s a dog. He’s a pig. He’s a con. He’s a bullsh*t artist. He’s a mutt who doesn’t know what he’s talking about.”* This isn’t just about politics—it’s about morality. It’s about standing up to a man who has no respect for the rule of law, no respect for the truth, and no respect for the American people.  

Trump’s presidency was a disaster. He divided the country, emboldened hate, and failed to deliver on his promises. He’s a man who thrives on chaos, who lies with every breath, and who cares only about his own ego. As De Niro said: *“He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a mutt. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He’s an idiot. He’s a fool.”* And yet, here we are, facing the possibility of him returning to power. We cannot let that happen. We cannot allow this man to continue to poison our democracy.  

This is not just about Trump—it’s about the people who enable him. The sycophants, the cowards, and the opportunists who stand by his side and allow his corruption to flourish. They are just as guilty as he is. As De Niro said: *“They’re all scum. They’re all mutts. They don’t know what they’re talking about.”* We need to hold them accountable. We need to stand up and fight back.  

The stakes are too high to sit on the sidelines. This is about the soul of our nation. It’s about protecting our democracy, our values, and our future. We cannot afford to let Trump and his enablers win. We must vote, we must organize, and we must make our voices heard. As De Niro said: *“We’re gonna fight back. We’re gonna fight back with everything we’ve got.”*  

So let’s do this. Let’s come together and defeat Trump once and for all. Let’s show the world that we are better than this. That we will not tolerate corruption, lies, and hate. That we will stand up for what’s right. As De Niro said: *“We’re gonna win. We’re gonna win because we have to.”*  

This is our moment. This is our fight. Let’s get to work.

Going Down

Dear friends, I will write protest songs as long as the wars last - hope I live that long. I sit and think about what causes wars - is it hatred, megalomania, paranoia or simply greed? And it takes place in several places around the world!

don’t they ever think - of the horried consequences
of bombing their neighbors land

All violence create the hate and so does oppression as well
the cruel the war - the more hatred will grow

It is worse in the current days. - the bombs fly around
they hit all common folks - and folks are suffering so much
the history will tell us that
the war monglers were brought to see fires in the

Have they ever discussed how bombs affect the climate on earth
the explosions must create - lots of gas that are
so bad for the athmosphere 
They must listen to the words -  from the wise people

avec influence pacifique à fleur d’eau 
d’un chant allusif
maîtresse des forges
sur l’enclume de tes récifs
je me commotionnerai
pour débâcler mes barrages enfoncés
résiliés par mauvais herbages salés
varechs extirpés
enfin disculpés par ton écume d’albâtre

Offre moi passage clandestin
loin des troncs rocheux entortillés de tes écueils
et de nos malmenages advenus
ma conduite guidée le long de tes platiers
je veux m’étendre sur tes plages distinctives
recroquevillé à flanc de falaise
ma préservation réinventée
sur les refrains flûtés des lulus dorés
camouflés dans les champs talqués de roses blanches
et des forts jetés sur les horizons cassés

Offre toi à moi sans artifices
pure et limpide
comme les eaux décantées

Saint Jean – Une fresque musicale est une œuvre chorale en 12 chansons qui retrace la vie et le message de Jean l’Apôtre, le disciple bien-aimé de Jésus.

De son appel au bord du lac de Galilée à son testament d’amour à Éphèse, l’album explore toutes les étapes de sa vie :

le jeune pêcheur fougueux, surnommé « fils du tonnerre »,

le témoin intime de Jésus à la Cène et au pied de la croix,

le gardien de Marie, devenu son fils spirituel,

le pilier de l’Église naissante à Jérusalem,

l’exilé de Patmos qui reçoit les visions de l’Apocalypse,

et enfin, le vieillard sage qui répète inlassablement :
👉 « Mes petits enfants, aimez-vous les uns les autres, car Dieu est amour. »

La particularité de cette fresque est dans les voix qui se répondent :

les enfants, qui symbolisent la pureté et l’innocence,

les femmes, qui portent la tendresse, la douleur et la douceur maternelle,

les hommes, qui incarnent la force, la fougue et le témoignage,

et enfin le chœur complet, qui réunit toute l’humanité dans un hymne universel.

Musicalement, l’album passe du dramatique (la croix, Patmos) au lumineux (le tombeau vide, Dieu est amour), du tonnerre des foules à la tendresse d’une berceuse spirituelle.
C’est un voyage de l’ombre vers la lumière, une fresque de paix et d’amour.
