When I heard Rekha years ago, I couldn't stop thinking about how I could adapt a song to her voice.

Thanks to Delaflor, who had already collaborated with her, she was able to contact me and offer me a song. After several weeks of work, Manu added an excellent guitar riff that partially camouflaged my horrible synth guitar.

I'm Antonio Porrino (Tonino).
Graduated in Physics in March 1979, I was Researcher in Theoretical Nuclear Physics at the "Federico II" University of Naples until November 2019.
I studied music, initially at the Conservatory of San Pietro a Maiella in Naples and then self-taught piano, organ and composition.
I have been married to Anna since July 1982 and we have 5 children, Fabio, Luca, Francesca, Cecilia, Vincenzo and 2 grandchildren, Antonio and Sofia, Fabio's children, married to Sara.
I founded the polyphonic choir "Vicus Novanensis" in 1992 and in 2019 "I Cantori di Maria", which have collected the legacy of the numerous "long distance adoptions" of the previous choir.
The musical activity takes place mainly at the "Pontifical Minor Basilica of Maria Santissima Assunta" in Santa Maria a Vico (Italy).
I have composed music of various genres.
My music would like to express and transmit feelings of peace, serenity and joy, contrasting those of war, hatred and oppression that seem to prevail on planet Earth, causing the degradation of the natural environment that guards us.
