Od połowy lat siedemdziesiątych muzyka disco stawała się coraz bardziej popularna. Disco stało się obecne w mediach, a także w filmie. Powstały wielkie dyskoteki, jak n.p. Studio 54. Wydawane były dyskotekowe czasopisma, istniały liczne stacje radiowe nadające disco całą dobę. Stara dobra szkoła disco opanowała niemal cały świat i ciągle jest żródłem wielkiej energii.

From the mid-seventies onwards, disco music became more and more popular. Disco has become present in the media as well as in film. Large discos have been created, such as Studio 54. There were disco magazines, there were numerous radio stations broadcasting disco all day long. The good old disco school has taken over almost the whole world and is still a source of great energy.

A partir de mediados de los setenta, la música disco se hizo cada vez más popular. La discoteca se ha hecho presente tanto en los medios como en el cine. Se han creado grandes discotecas, como Studio 54. Había revistas disco, había numerosas emisoras de radio que transmitían música disco durante todo el día. La buena vieja escuela disco se ha apoderado de casi todo el mundo y sigue siendo una fuente de gran energía.
