God/Source never asks you to deplete yourself in the name of love. When you stop over-giving, you make space for reciprocal love, rest, and your rightful life.  How to Deepen the Work:  Reflect on this mantra: “I no longer rob others of the dignity of their own process.” Get honest about where you’re still playing the role of rescuer—and release it with compassion. Reorient your energy through prayer, meditation, or spiritual practices that restore you. Redefine your non-negotiables in relationships, especially around addiction, boundaries, and reciprocity.
