This is an old Rock song I wrote back in the '80's, just some good old hard Rock & Roll song for a hair band of that time. The lyrics are kinda lame but it wasn't recorded really well, I had cheap recording equipment at the time, maybe a TASCAM cassette multi-track recorder. Nothing much to say about it, I sang it so please forgive, the Chorus repeats too many times I think. It should have had more leads. Charlie is playing a mean Harmonica on it but it's buried in the mix! I'll be making a video for it soon in a few weeks. So why don't we all just go get Hammered!🍻🤘

This song is a collaboration with Kate Jo, we met here on SoundCloud and we wanted to see if we could work together, check out her channel, it's awesome!!. She sent me this instrumental of hers song called "Fruity Cocktail" and I loved it! So I re-arranged it a bit, added an Electric Guitar and Bass, wrote some lyrics and added a Cuban number I was working on to the tail end of it, and remixed it (unfortunately I had to sing it because no one else would, so please forgive!). It's very poppy and peppy, a fun in the sun summer song! I think one of the new and upcoming young male singers today would have a hit with it. I also made a spectacular video to go alone with this song, it will be upload to YouTube today, make sure you wear some SunScreen before watching it and have a Mojito handy!
      Kate Jo did a great job composing the music and I hope we're able to collaborate some more in the future. Thanks Y'all and have a Mojito, it's hot out there!!🥂🥳

Summer Ephemeral ♰♰↗I hope no one gets hurt in the earthquake in Japan

This song I wrote back in 2000 but rerecorded it during the pandemic because the original track sounded really out of sync. This is about parents dealing with their teenage kids and all the HELL that we go through during those rebellious years! Been there, done that! It ain't no fun, believe me! But after a few years and they have kids of their own and have to go through that, all we do is laugh out loud! The shoes has now been placed on the other foot!😂 It's basically my old man yelling at clouds song! The song has a nice little Beatley groove and Charlie sang it very well! We had a lot of fun recording it and I had a lot of fun producing the video. The video is new, just finished it last month. Please check it out for the full teenager experience! All I can say is that during those teenager years, I Was Not Amused!😕 I hope everyone enjoys it. I will be gone for a few weeks, see y'all in October!

Hi everybody, my name is Jim and I’m a songwriter, I've written over 300 songs, I play guitar, bass, piano, and am a pretty good lyricist.  I play all types of music and have my own recording studio.  I use no A.I. or DAW or any computers to make my songs, all the instruments are played by me live on a multitrack studio recorder and Charlie, my vocalist, sings most of my songs and also plays the Harmonica on several tracks.
