‘Railings’ soon to be released, is a modern synth sound healing EP album, embedded with healing frequencies to align the chakras, for a full body and mind healing sensation. 

Lemuria is a song from the EP, embedded with a healing frequency to stimulate the third eye chakra. It can help to increase your intuition, remember past lives and connect more easily to universal source energy.

Railings is the main title song from the EP, embedded with a healing frequency to align the heart chakra, to help heal feelings of sadness and loss.

This music was written by a man born in 1882 who visited us accidentally. He was here for a time and left this, and us, behind... he was definitely 'a man out of time'.

I am Glen Manga, guitarist, songwriter, composer.  I like to flit between genres, instruments, and narrative voices as the mood takes me.  Some of this music is about me, some is about fictional characters, some about real people.  Some of this music will end being material for the Mangabros and some won't.  Some of it is serious in intent and some of it is ironic, some of it is experimental and/ or unsuccessful and some of it is not.  All of it is made with love and care, and that's all that matters.

We are Sheffield-based couple Julie Clarkson (Vocals, Guitar) and Bennett Holland (Vocals, Keyboards). Our music is literally a labour of love. Disregarding the low attention span, quick delivery demands of our times, we hope our music represents the opposite: timeless, unfussy, uncomplicated. Music with integrity, soul and passion. 

A love letter to the love of music itself.

Taking the first two letters of our christian names to make the project title JUBE, we brought together friends from the Sheffield music scene; Darren Campbell on Bass Guitar (who toured with Bennett as a session player in a Groove Armada project) and Richard Storer on Drums.

Ann D has always been a music head & loves dancing
She spins styles from Buddha Bar to naaasty Dnb & has played all of those from the UK to Melbourne. 
She knows how to work a floor to critical dance response & has been there, done that & sometimes designed the T-shirt too.
She loves playing both live & on the radio & has been doing both those since the early 90’s laying down the basslines on the album of life.
Ann D is a technology refugee but can lock onto a good tune from anywhere on the planet

Ann D started Dj-ing in the time honoured way, playing a weekly 3 hour show on a pirate in the 90’s, not because she woke up one morning wanting to be a DJ but because it was the only way to get the sort of show she wanted to listen to. After years of going to blue's clubs, festivals and dancing her way through many music styles she had a vinyl collection that ranged from Prince Fari, Alpha & Omega, Beefheart, The Velvet Underground to The Orb, the dirtiest English & German techno & acid, Breaks, Chill out, World music, Jungle and DnB - that’s the kinda radio show she wanted to listen to.
Bizarrely and despite not having decks or being able to mix a cake, after about a year she was booked to play out, at which point she thought I’d better buy some technics and learn how to mix.
Since then she has gone on to play all over the UK, Europe, Mexico and Australia playing with everyone from Rootsman, Richard Kirk, Aphex Twin, Mickey Finn, Benny Page, Tayo, The SUF Liberators & The Orb on their tour, she was resident at a night called Headcharge which often made the DJ mag & Mixmag top ten best nights in the UK before the council closed the venue down, she’s guested on numerous Radio shows in the UK, Denmark, Berlin & Cyprus, set up Djing classes for young women, appeared on Channel 4, produced the soundtrack for a photographer’s book launch, written articles for various music mags and still continues to play on the radio with a weekly show on Sheffield Live Sunday evening 7-9pm - Weekend Breaks & Angry Kittens, & the first Thursday/third Friday on Gumbo FM called Reality Wobbles 8-10pm & thinks she’s lucky to be able to share her tunes.
