Born and raised by both Judaism and Islam, Nory’s latest single “TURN TO” posits the personal questions of spirituality and faith that have long dominated Nory’s life and art. Over melancholic piano, funky guitar riffs, a sizzling horn section, powerful background vocals and explosive drums, Nory lays out two of his most introspective verses questioning his belief in a god, spiritual identity, and ultimately where he should turn to for his own fulfillment.

In a 2011 conversation recorded in New York City, John King talks to Alan Osterweil, John's elementary school teacher at PS 276 in Brooklyn. Together, the recall the sudden death of John's mother when John was in Alan’s 4th grade class. 

On January 1, 2016, John King becomes U.S Secretary of Education, succeeding Arne Duncan.
