444Hz Gregorian Chants + Angel Frequency

This is a meditation-transmission track to connect you with the high frequency light impulses from the Central Sun (Galactic Centre). 

In this journey you will receive a transmission of light from the Central Sun into every chakra in your etheric body. You will also receive a transmission of light directly into the physical body. 

This journey works with four ascended masters from the 5D Inner Earth realm and six beings from the Central Sun (a mixture of archangels and masters of light).

Loving Kindness is an ancient Buddhist practise that is also known as Metta Bhavana. Compassion and loving kindness helps us heal relationships and move forward. It also allows us to enhance our existing relationships.
In this transmission you will connect with high angelic forces and utilise the crystal and planetary grids to prepare for this process. This prepares the way for the loving kindness process. 

Please note it is important during this process to stay focused on your cycle of breath. Secondly it is important to stay focused on the mantra, “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” (The mantra changes when used in connection with another person, “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.”). The steps in this transmission are as follows:

* Focus on the cycle of breath. * Call Angelic forces (Raphael, Michael, Gabriel, and Uriel) who hold the horizontal space around you. * Then we call Metatron and Sandalphon to hold the vertical space. * We then call the Higher Self. * After resting in this expanded state, we send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we like or love. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel neutral about. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to a person we feel challenged by. “May you be well. May you be happy. May you be free from harm.” * We then send loving kindness to the self. “May I be well. May I be happy. May I be free from harm.” * Finally, we release and thank all the horizontal and vertical angelic forces and our Higher Self.

Guided Morning Stillness Meditation

This transmission is not about asking Spirit to sort our life out for us. Challenges are opportunities to grow. Yet, some challenges seem overwhelmingly difficult and insoluble. In such times when we have done everything, we feel we can do, the only way forward is surrendering the issue to Grace.  This transmission involves surrendering everything to Archangel Gabriel and the forces of Grace.

In this meditation you will be asked to: 
Surrender a difficult issue or challenge 
Surrender a belief or stream of thinking about this issue
Surrender all judgements and opinions about this issue.
Surrender all pictures of reality you are holding about this issue
Surrender all other data from memory 
Surrender a feeling or accumulation of feelings about this issue
Surrender everything you have said about this issue
Surrender everything you have done in response to this issue
Surrender any desire to fight or run away from this issue
Surrender everyone else’s opinions or judgements about this issue.
Surrender everyone else’s emotional responses to this issue
Surrender what you have suppressed/do not want to see
Surrender your limiting sense of self in relation to this issue
Surrender all judgements you hold about yourself 
Become empty and aligned with Grace.

The Grace Transmission: Surrendering a Seemingly Irresolvable Issue to Spirit.

This transmission invokes Solar Archangels from the Great central Sun and Elohim to assist in first closing negative openings and portals in your energy fields. Then a light portal is opened first in the Solar Plexus and second in the Third Eye. Both portals are guarded by Solar Archangels to ensure their integrity and connection ot the highest light. Power is generated in the Solar Plexus which in turn supports the Third Eye Portal to allow a positive Star Race to connect with your centre of vision and expanded possibility.

(A Note on Negative Portals. As humanity approached the 2012 ascension trigger point, Starseeds became more vulnerable to interference as lower forces sought to block the ascension process. One form of block is a negative portal which are created through various activities including addictions such as the unconscious use of alcohol or recreational drugs, porn, sexual perversion or promiscuous sexual activity, where we have allowed ourselves to fall into habitual states of fear, guilt, unhealthy attachments or shame. Portals can also be opened where we hang out in physical spaces that have existing lower astral openings. Dark portals allow lower astral forces and fallen entities to attach to our energy fields.)
