All the Queen's court are present as Her Majesty delivers a speech to the people of The Colony, previewing a demonstration of the mighty Star-Drive. Royal engineers are ordered to begin the demonstration. The rebel nomads of Earth are seen viewing the broadcast of the events in despair. The base of the Star-Drive glows white hot, before a blinding beam spears toward the Moon, stretching thousands of miles before slamming into the Moon's crust. Volcanos erupt as it bores through the surface, boiling into giant sunspots. The Moon flares into an eclipse then dissolves into a beautiful, miniature blue star. Cheers and applause emanate and echo through The Colony population. "Long live the Queen!" But to what end?
