Yone-ko, a sublime DJ who soaked up finest elements of Japanese techno scene. His exquisite skills and unique sense of musical selections from old and new are something exceptional.

Around 1999 he begun his DJ carrier in Shizuoka city. After he moved to Tokyo in 2002 he played around many spots in Japan for plenty of underground parties to dig further into alternative house and techno groove.

 In 2011 he changed his residence to Berlin and plays around Europe and whole around the world. He runs his own party called "Wordless" together with his partner Timur Basha who is one of founders and resident DJs at Closer club.

After his moving in Berlin he renewed the process of his music production. He released so far his own works from some finest respected labels such as Workshop, Dial records, Delsin, Aex, and Clommunity, the label run by one of his base clubs Closer in Kiev.

Reflecting the Turkish word for ‘different,’ BASHKKA’s name highlights her one-of-a-kind presence. Her sets, known for their daring and incisive flair, captivate audiences, while her advocacy for the cultural and political evolution of electronic music brings a revitalizing, forward-thinking energy to the scene. From her residencies at HAMAM Nights and Munich’s Blitz Club to her solid footing as a regular at Berghain’s Panorama Bar, BASHKKA’s sound exudes a powerful energy she confidently dubs “unapologetically CUNT.”

Irreversibly shaped by a decade in New York City—a place she describes as her rebirth—this period has been pivotal to BASHKKA’s creative and personal development. In a city where cultures intersect, diversity thrives, and LGBTQIA+ history is sacred, the impact on her artistry has been profound.

Outside the DJ booth, the Munich-born and raised artist’s resolute integrity fuels her activism and devotion to her community. Her passionate support for SWANA and queer voices, along with her tribute to dance music culture rooted in Black and Brown communities, redefines electronic music’s rebellious spirit for today’s nightlife. With her debut EP "Maktub" claiming the number one spot in 2023 and taking the music scene by storm, BASHKKA has firmly established herself as a trailblazing producer. Her ability to effortlessly fuse bold creativity with technical mastery is showcased in her impactful collaboration with Sedef Adasï for renowned fashion designer Dilara Fındıkoğlu, as well as in her numerous cutting-edge remixes that don’t just resonate—they set the bar!

Bill's pivotal move to Chicago in 1988 marked a turning point in the evolution of his DJ and production journey. Originally hailing from Miami, he had already immersed himself in various facets of the music industry, ranging from his stint at the Flamingo Record Pool, overseen by Bill Kelly of WMC Fame, to his role as a guitarist for Synth/Goth band "Life In Sodom." 
His passion for both House and Industrial music served as the catalyst for his relocation to the Windy City, and in terms of timing, it couldn't have been more fortuitous. Bill swiftly embedded himself in the nightlife scene, securing residencies at renowned venues such as Shelter Nightclub, Crobar, and SmartBar. He emerged as a prominent figure in Chicago's second wave of House and Techno producers. His influence extends far and wide, inspiring DJs like Blessed Madonna, Kink, Axel Boman, and Maceo Plex.
Bill's sonic palette is diverse, ranging from contemporary Detroit Techno and Chicago Acid to the hidden gems of House and Italo Disco tracks. Presently, you can catch him gracing thedecks at esteemed establishments all around the US & overseas.
In the sphere of music production, his journey embarked with a remix of Kay Ladrae's "Lack Of Love," a collaborative effort that included Vince Lawrence and Karr Crash (Sundowners). This marked the initiation of a highly productive sequence of releases, encompassing a full-length album on Trax Records. Notably, he has engaged in collaborative endeavors with IDF, 4 On The Floor, and collaborated with esteemed Chicago vocalist Darryl Pandy and Shay Jones (renowned for her association with Ministry). His creative output has been channeled through various aliases, including Sundowners, Billy Nightmare, & Savage Hymn, His remix catalog is equally notable, featuring reinterpretations of tracks like Los Corazones, by Dennis Cruz, Come Correct, by Hannah Holland" & Teardrops In The Box by Kiddy Smiles,"  Additionally, he has had his own works reimagined by acclaimed artists such as Ricardo Villalobos, Eats Everything.& Demarcus Lewis.
Excitingly, there's a forthcoming full-length LP on the horizon, accompanied by a slew of
forthcoming singles and collaborative projects.
