Akemio Grey’s love for the energetic sound of the 90’s and 00's goes deeper than nostalgia for classics and oldschool hits.
It’s the sound of the bouncy bass lines, acidwaves, spacey pads and trancy strings that makes music of this era immortal to him.
It's a constant interaction between sounds from the underground and tune's that used to be commercial club music.
His expending vinyl collection and mixes are inclusive to any genre that bring this dreamy sound and energy to the dance floor.
After years organising raves in Amsterdam with different crews Akemio started focussing on his own project called Dreamphase.
Besides rave's: radioshows, streaming, merchandise and a monthly mixseries are part of his latest project.

OLHA - is a Ukraine-born London-based DJ, art director, performance & visual artist.

She is a co-founder of Kyiv-based event series and community concept called DRIFT. She is also a cofounder of Орфей [orpheus] - platform for multidisciplinary rave events based in London.

Being an acute observer and perceiving the reality through narratives for alternative histories and possible scenarios of our futures, she is carefully arranging her sets, transforming them into catalysts for emotional elevation, euphoric exaltation and liberation.

 Diving into the memories of hardcore rave mystery she soundtracks magnetic, fast paced and intense sexy fairytale magic blasting with emotions, melancholy, romance and subtle nostalgia. Her musical language is filled with sublime melodies, industrial loudness, hard & very raw magnetism and explosive, transcendental ripples, which liberate and invoke to soar.

@cyan85 has become a real reference for all electro heads since his debut release back in 2019.
His new LP on Curtis Electronix is a jaw dropping journey on those Motorways we all have ridden in a way or another. The vocoded vocals, reminiscent of those Greats, the squelchy bass lines ripping up the 808 riffs and the sulphuric synth lines will drive you from darkness into light and back again, defining, at the same time, the quality signature of this record. The process is clearly the basis of this work. The Roots are clearly the reason.

Today The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track of Berlin based DJ, producer and Front Left Records owner Elad Magdasi. "Kraken" comes off the "Power Dynamics" EP on Hamburg based LAP records.

This first EP release by LAP records is the start of a sub series focusing on promising and skilled artists. The main series is, of course, delayed by pressing plant issues and will focus on PAL residents and established artists as well.

"Kraken" delivers high quality hypnotizing club grooves with emotional and trancy bass line, repeating background vocals and powerful kicks.
