For a long time I have been wanting to start a YouTube Channel and use the audio from it as a sort of Podcast.  I've actually wanted to do this for years.

As I am getting closer to the end of my current career in the military, I know now is the time to get started.  

In doing so, I welcome those on a similar journey to join me as I experience the ups and downs of it all.  I also welcome those who just need a few tips, tools, and techniques to put under their belt to find balance, stay motivated, and get things done through execution.
