Q from listener, Lana: How do you deal with family members who are often negative and more often than not, tend to be stuck in a rut. It’s challenging and very tiring. 

Primarily, make sure that you are taking care of yourself. If you are experiencing joy in your life, you’ll be in a far better position to help those in need. Setting boundaries are important, especially with so much time spent at home. Putting on your favorite music, mantra or podcast in the space that you’re sharing can help turn the mood around.
