Declan Mulligan is both an audio  and visual artist. He played Bass & Keyboards for over 40 years on a professional and semi-professional basis with various Rock Bands in Dublin, Ireland, where he also co-produced a large volume of work 

He went back to college in 2000 to study fine art & and design. Graduating with an Honours BFA, he then went on to study Digital Media at Masters Level. 

He lives in a small coastal area south of Dublin City with his wife Louise and their son Phoenix.
