It is very unlikely that you will ever know the will of God for someone else. However, God will reveal His will to them, and they may need help evaluating their revelation.

The most important part of your child’s education is learning the truth about God and their relationship to Him from you. Good education (about any subject) should teach your children to think for themselves, not just parrot what they’ve been told. As they grow and ask questions about the world around them, don’t shy away from answering their questions. Answer in a way to lead them to the next question, not to make them just be quiet.
