KARLÏCH's debut (@karlimusik+ illich Mujica) happened at the Renegade Dark Disco room of the Summer Camp house party for Not A Sex Party. The floor of the house shook up and down and the room shifted left and right. We almost brought the house down.

The scene in the room was one of a cinematic rebellion focused on celebrating in the darkness one last time before the final battle. It was one for the books, with all the darkest, hardest electronic dance music tracks under our belt.

KARLïCH (KARLï + illich Mujica) Live At The NASP Renegade Dark Disco

Peruvian musician @marcotegui began his musical journey in 2009, firstly making an impact in South America before graduating to the world stage. He is now based in Ibiza and was previously A&R at Berlin’s iconic Bar25 label as well as managing its sister imprint Sirin Music before starting his own DowntempoLove label. He has a magical live set that combines the same rich harmonies, hypnotic sounds and melodic synths as his productions on labels like Get Physical, Stil For Talent and many more. His new Kindisch Stories album is a rich tapestry of South American melodies, instrumentals and Tegui's own exquisite musicianship. He also presents some of the tracks in his mix for the Kindisch Podcast.

The invitation landed in our inbox unexpectedly: a coveted slot at one of the country's most prominent music festivals. We couldn't believe our luck!.

The road to the festival, however, wasn't as smooth as our beats. Each hiccup brought a moment of tension, a test of our resolve.

But as we stepped onto the stage, every challenge faded away. The energy from the crowd was palpable, their excitement fueling our set.

As the final track resonated across the festival grounds, we looked at each other in silent agreement: the journey, with all its trials, had been worth it.

The festival might have been a fleeting weekend, but the memories of our RV adventure and that electric set will stay with us forever.
