The LinnDrum was used on many recordings throughout the 1980s, including international hits such as Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Relax", a-Ha's "Take on Me", Tears for Fears' "Shout", Deniece Williams's "Let's Hear it for the Boy", and Madonna's "Lucky Star".
On the LinnDrum only the snare, tom and conga samples could be tuned, whereas the LM-1 allows every sound to be individually tuned. However, in this VST all samples can be tuned.
You will also find two 80s processed kits with authentic samples from Alexander O'Neil, Propaganda, Queen and Freddie Mercury. Pure authenticity for under six quid!
A nice and easy to use GUI so that you can get producing in seconds.
For the demo, I have used the EMU II VST for the bass, Italo Disco VST for the synth bass arpeggio, Nineteen 84 VST for the synth choir pads & the Yamaha SY85 VST for the piano pads.
